    Off to a very, very slow running start... my long run this weekend got nixed in the chaos of life, so....

    8/1 - Cycle day
    8/2 - Unexpected non-running day (painted and repaired dry wall all day instead)
    8/3 - walk/hike day
    8/4 - On the running board with 2.25 miles


    2.25/40 - 37.75 to go

    Not going to be able to run again until 8/12 due to husband going out of town and no childcare for my kid. May go on some long walks, but I'm not going to count those towards this goal.
