Started my morning with three sets of five rep dead lifts.. nothing too heavy but just enough to get my blood flowing.

At the gym, I did five rounds of tire flip for HIIT and then walked 30 minutes on a 21% incline at speeds ranging from 2.5 to 3.2mph.

For double bonus - can you get it out alive?

Yay! Finally ran again - first time since I started cycling to and from work. Cheated - had my wife drop me off at work under the guise of buying her a Starbucks en route.

    T-Mill tempo run between 6-8mph - 2.7miles in 25min.

    Will cycle home.

    cheers

Whoah! I'm hoping for the "alive" route.

Today is a cardio day. If it's not raining, I'll do hill sprints, otherwise maybe Zumba or something fun.

    Today it's supposed to be:

    Squats
    Overhead Press
    Bench Press

And something to warm up with, maybe a HIIT routine.

I rarely do anything more than 45 minutes. You can do 10 minutes of HIIT if you want, like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fckvlw9BsBg (the workout itself isn't even 10 minutes, but you'll feel like it was when you're done) You don't have to work out for 2 hours.

Weights 2-3 times per week - 1 hr including warm up
Cycle to and from work 25 min each way. 5 miles. Its actually 11 miles to home, but a 200m climb so I have my wife drop off and meet me half way. Although today I have to go all the way home. :noway:
Running 25 min - trying for twice a week, but currently adapting to cycling to and from work! :ohwell:
Yoga once a week, 30-45 min
Weekends at least an hour walk with the dog. Its only fair.

Up at 4am, in bed by 8/8:30.

In all honesty it boils down to about 1/2 hour a day. If I wasn't on the bike, I'd be in a car.

Oh and the big thing? If I miss a day, I don't beat myself up. (Way different than I used to be :blushing: )
