    Jaulen. Yes, I think it would. That sounds like a work out.

    I'm proud to say I did a 45 minute spins class, followed by fifteen minutes of a "FitCor" class (its a 45 minute class, meaning my "cor" is not "Fit"....but hey, I did 15 minutes more than yesterday!) and 15 minutes of dumbbells and the dip/pull up machine.

    That made up for last nights work holiday party, where I had several beers and plenty of snacks.

    I did the 3 mile Walk Away The Pounds. It was fun, but the instructor is waaaaaaaaay too perky. She needs to switch to decafe.

    Today was CLX Lean Cuircuit 2. Day 59 done!
    it was easier than i thought. I use a sno-eze.. but my heart rate was still averaging 145ish for about a half an hour.. wuhuuu i was so inspired i did my neighbor's too

    60 minutes on the Magne-Trainer at 12.25 mph, resistance level 4.75 (close to maximum).
