i danced my *kitten* off. not really, but it feels like it and my body is sooo gonna hurt tomorrow...0

A drum power dance class and then a toning class. Next time I will do a toning class and then cardio afterwards. My energy was running very low lifting those weights.0

A couple of Blogilates youtube videos (today I did back and arm workout, and some ab work), followed by 30 minutes of running/walking on the treadmill!0

Zumba before work. C25K during my lunch, unless the path is still icy. If icy, then I'll run my graveled road when I get home and just try to get a walk in over lunch without falling Calisthenics during Idol commercials tonight.0

Turbo Jam in a vacant office room during my lunch break (lights off and paper covering the window! Haha), lifting with my husband tonight.0

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes- 2 hang squat cleans and 1 split jerk. after that was 100 double under jump ropes, 150 wall balls 500m run.0

I did 7 minutes of leg exercise, 13 minutes butt and thigh exercises and 15 minutes of 2lb weight for arms and shoulder workout and tonight I will be doing a 15 minute treadmill walking after work0
