    A drum power dance class and then a toning class. Next time I will do a toning class and then cardio afterwards. My energy was running very low lifting those weights.

    5 miles of walking at 4mph. Kenpo from P90X. I love getting it done first thing, then the rest of the day is smooth sailing (mentally).

    Zumba before work. C25K during my lunch, unless the path is still icy. If icy, then I'll run my graveled road when I get home and just try to get a walk in over lunch without falling :) Calisthenics during Idol commercials tonight.

    Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes- 2 hang squat cleans and 1 split jerk. after that was 100 double under jump ropes, 150 wall balls 500m run.

    I did 7 minutes of leg exercise, 13 minutes butt and thigh exercises and 15 minutes of 2lb weight for arms and shoulder workout and tonight I will be doing a 15 minute treadmill walking after work
