    I didn't get to post over the weekend. Saturday was my last kickboxing class at LA Boxing. 624 cals in 54 minutes. The warm-up was harder than the workout. Sideways shuffle down one row of heavy bags and back up the next row, then run backwards down one row, and sprint back up the last row... repeat 4 more times. Then walking lunges down one row and back, high kicks down and back, 10 push-ups, 3 jumps and a burpee down and back, and 5 more push-ups. Last night instead of going to bed I did yoga for 35 minutes. Today I'm probably doing Turbo Fire 55.

    Today it was a 20 minute jog with 5 minutes of warm up and 5 minutes cool down...total 30 minutes and ~ 2 miles.

    2.5 miles on the treadmill, 3 sets of deads, 3 sets of leg presses, and some ab work.

    Nike Training Club, 30 minutes of legs and butt, 20 minutes of kickboxing, and took my dogs for a 1.25 mile walk.

    This morning I did Turbo Jam - 50 min 387 cal (included 6 min spinning), then this evening I plan on doing Zumba Activate!
