I didn't get to post over the weekend. Saturday was my last kickboxing class at LA Boxing. 624 cals in 54 minutes. The warm-up was harder than the workout. Sideways shuffle down one row of heavy bags and back up the next row, then run backwards down one row, and sprint back up the last row... repeat 4 more times. Then walking lunges down one row and back, high kicks down and back, 10 push-ups, 3 jumps and a burpee down and back, and 5 more push-ups. Last night instead of going to bed I did yoga for 35 minutes. Today I'm probably doing Turbo Fire 55.0

Nike Training Club, 30 minutes of legs and butt, 20 minutes of kickboxing, and took my dogs for a 1.25 mile walk.0

About 10k walking, an hour of yoga and an hour of Zumba (which I did after deciding to nix a run- it was freezing out!)0
