  • 50 minutes of continuous line dance at home; Usually attend line dance class on Monday and Thursday, but did not go today so I did line dancing at home.

    Today was day 3 this week of my workout. I did 45 minutes total of taebo alternating every 10 minutes to do abs, legs, and weights. Total a 90 minute workout.

    Abs. 60 crunches, 60 reverse crunches, 60 abdominal leg lifts
    Legs: 40 squats, 40 side leg lifts, 40 hip thrusts
    Arms: 60 bicep curls, 60 triceps, 60 laterals

    Last day of this cycle of All Pro (light day). Increase weights and go back to 8 reps on Monday.

  • I do about 35 to 60 minutes of cardio, then do a bunch of weight lifting, crunches, strength training, etc.

    Treadmill: Hill interval program [Level 12 out of 20] for 65 minutes (3.2 miles). Lower level hill interval program [level 3] for the last 1.8 miles....

    I'm doing two-a-days, so the second workout will be 30 minutes of some type of cardio and weight lifting.
