I am on week 4 of P90X3 - Gotta love recovery week.0

Monday: upper-body and core bodyweight workout, 6000 meters on the erg (6x1000m/1:00r, for any rowers out there).
Yesterday: 3.34-mile run (28 minutes, 8:23 pace), plus a 7-mile round-trip bicycle commute.
Today: 23.4 miles of fairly flat cycling, 1:23:41, 695 calories.0 -
50 minutes swimming and water jogging, 30 minutes elliptical, may go for a run or race walk9 30-60 mins) later on.0

Treadmill running for 20 min + 5 minutes walking cooldown. I'm slow (5 mph) but working on increasing length, then I'll work on speed. Then weight machines (legs) for 20 min.
Not impressive to most posing on here, but I'm happy with my progress. I do this 4 times a week (alternating 2 leg weight days, 2 arm days always with cardio).0 -
Today was a 2 mile run at the gym, then chest/shoulders:
Shoulder press
Bicep curl
Side lateral raise
Front raise
Incline fly
Rear delt fly
Bench press
Incline bench press
Plus a 15 minute walk (total) to and from the gym.0 -

Had to work at noon so I rode 19 miles on my mountain bike beforehand.0

2.5 miles on the treadmill this morning (alternating between jogging and walking at an incline).
I'm not logging this at exercise, but my partner and I are going on a walking ghost tour tonight that will include at least 90 minutes of walking, so, you know, that's better than sitting on the couch watching TV!0 -
T25 Total Body Circuit. It was the first time I've ever done this one and I'm dripping :laugh:0

I walked from the bed, to the fridge to the couch and back to the fridge again. Figured I burned about 50 or so calories.0
