    What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: 2000 calories, exercise 3-4 days week

    Goal by July 1st, 2011 (can be more than 50 lbs, whatever you wish for): 225 lbs
    Why do you want to lose 50+ pounds?: I want to be a smaller size just to feel more comfortable with myself and I also like to run but my weight is severely limiting.
    What are your eating and exercise plans to lose 50+ pounds?: I will follow the MFP calorie guidelines as well as exercise 5-6 days a week for at least 60 minutes

    I did it in 5 months, so this is definetly possible! I don't have that much left to lose, but good luck to everyone who makes it!!!

    Maybe we should switch the weigh ins on Friday since a lot of people have busy week-ends. I will however have to weigh in tomorrow because I've eating twice already. :happy:
