Here my work in progress! The before (03/19/2014) picture is in March after I had lost about 20lbs and was feeling more confident so I will put it at about 310lbs-315lbs. The work in progress picture (08/19/2014) is this morning and I weighed in at 259.1lbs. I started this journey in February of 2014 and have lost 73lbs so far! I am super proud of myself, but I also know I have 59 more pounds till my first goal weight of 200lbs. After I reach 200lbs I will see how I feel and reevaluate. I told myself, in the beginning of this, if I could reach 260lbs by December 6th, 2014 (our Caribbean cruise) that I would be so proud of myself! Well here is it 3.5 months away and I have reached that goal! I now have a new goal of reaching the 240s by then.
I am so proud of everyone who is working so hard at their weight loss and gains. It is immensely helpful to see these before and after and I look forward to the time we all reach our goals!
I forgot to mentioni am 5'10" although my husband told me last night that I shrunk so maybe I am 5'9" lol and 29 years old.0 -

I'm new to MFP and still working toward a leaner stronger "goal" me. But, that said, I have lost about 120-130 lbs, from a size 26 to 8. I had been obese all my life, so reaching a normal weight was amazing! I've been down 100lbs for 11 years, and fighting for this last 30 lbs has been rough. Ideally I'd like to lose 10 more lbs of body fat while getting stronger! That's my current plan-lifting heavy 3x/week and cardio 2-3 times, depending on schedule, modest deficit (20%). I'd love to come back in 6 months with final goal pics. But, here's the general idea of "so far".

Well, can't get it to work, sorry! Maybe someone can fix it? If not, my avi is a before/after.0 -

Fixed it for you. Your link had "%20" in it and MFP (for whatever reason) doesn't know what to do with links with it in. Replacing the "%20" with a space will make it work.
Way to go :drinker:0 -

This was me at about 220 lbs. I was nearly 270 lbs at my heaviest, but would not DARE let anyone take my pic then.
This was me at 150 lbs.
Since then - LIFE happened. Had a baby, got diagnosed with some pretty harsh medical stuff (over a year on high dose prednisone), got divorced, and my dad passed away. I'm an emotional eater, so the pounds crept back on. I'm back on track and have about 43 pounds to lose. The best part is that I'm my own biggest inspiration. I know I can do it because I've done it before. YAY!0 -

As of today, 167! I'd like to stay between 165 and 175 (adding some muscle).
