There are lots of awesome walking trails next to a river that runs through my town.

i live in the southwest of england a place called cornwall. stunning place to live and i love it. would love to visit the U.S one day

Albuquerque, NM- the excruciating sun and violent blowing sandy winds are wonderful for your skin

I live on a working farm in Michigan, hay farmer with large organic-methods garden and Arabian horses. My city is economically stable with a fine arts/cultural flavor and a low crime rate. I love the area and I love living in the country. The downside is winters in Michigan.... I hate cold weather.

In the short time I've been living here, we had a cop kill a guy in Wal-Mart for brandishing a BB gun, a kid stumble upon a hanging corpse in an abandoned house, an metro bus driver frame three black kids for attacking him on the job (claimed a bible stopped a gunshot or some nonsense like that) due to financial distress at home. And there's also a guy here with 27 kids by 17 mothers.

I love my new city.

Dayton also has a wonderful art museum and was the home of the Wright Brothers.

Isn't it funny how we see and appreciate what we want to? :-/

I visited Mount Royal a couple summers ago I had a fantastic time in Montreal

Joplin, Missouri - a third of it was annihilated by an EF-5 tornado three years ago, but it's still kicking :-) I love that it is a small city but feels much larger in so many ways...for being in the Bible belt we have such a nice mix of liberals and conservatives that keeps things much more balanced, it's the central hub for lots of smaller towns and rural communities, and it is conveniently on the way to other places. It is located centrally enough for easy day trips to several major cities (KC, St. Louis, Tulsa, etc) and less than an hour away from Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. Best of all, the cost of living is crazy low.

Wilmington, NC

- We are Hollywood East! Big Blockbusters have been filmed here, recently it was Iron Man 3 We are also home to Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Sleepy Hollow, Under the Dome and we were home to Revolution
- I have 3 Different Beaches within 20 Mins of my Front Door - People Save for vacations to our beaches and I just open the door and go!

Waukesha, Wisconsin. Birthplace of Les Paul and home to natural springs that watered the entire Columbian Exhibition (aka Chicago Worlds Fair) in 1893 via 100 miles of pipe and viaduct. We are 30 minutes west of Milwaukee.

Wisconsin is so much more than beer and cheese. We have more lakes than Minnesota, 13,500 miles of coastline plus 200 miles of Mississippi River shoreline, more official state hiking trails than most, wonderful rivers (including white water) for canoeing, kayaking, and rafting. Great cities. The greater Milwaukee area is considered one of the most ethnically diverse metro regions in the country and we celebrate that with ethic festivals all summer long (Highland Games this weekend, then finish with Indian Summer next weekend). We get cold, snowy winters and hot humid summers and our autumn is so beautiful it makes up for any other unpleasantness.

We produce more ginseng than any other state and more cranberries, We are #4 in maple syrup production and #3 in potato production.Then there is our cheese. We invented colby (personally don't care for it) but have incredible cheeses of all types. We keep the best in state, like our best beer, and let the rest of the country have the middle of the road stuff.

Come visit us, just stay out of the Dells if you want to really see Wisconsin's beauty.

Oh, and then there is the Packers, who have won more NFL championships than any other team (13) and are the only team to three-peat the championship, which we have done twice.
