    9/3: 5k run with a walk after: 35 minutes
    9/4: 1 mile run, walk after, strength training, and yoga: 90.5 minutes
    9/5: 5k walk, 1.2 mile swim, 7.2 mile bike ride: 75.5
    9/6: 9/11 Run for Our Heroes 5k: 39.5
    9/7: Rest day
    9/8: hot yoga and a 2 mile run: 93.5

    3/9 - 75 minutes (PT session; first time trying 'cleans'. Gonna take me some time to get my head round it!)

    5/9 - 150 minutes (weights, circuits, some cardio and then a walk to the post office and back. So full of energy I could have gone on all day!)
    6/9 - 80 minutes (lifting and core)
    7/9 - rest day
    8/9 - 110 minutes (lifting and running)
    9/9 - 90 minutes (cardio & circuits)

    It's been a few days since I posted. I've been exercising but homework and school have been taking my attention away from these boards. Luckily it's all logged in my diary.

    Saturday 9/6 was a rest day in anticipation of a flag football game on Sunday. That got postponed after halftime due to lightning and a severe downpour. Yesterday I spent a little time doing cardio at the gym before volleyball practice, and today after class I went to the gym to do cardio again. I haven't figured out where I can fit lifting into my schedule yet due to school and my commitment to two sports.

    9/1 - 17 minutes jogging, 45 minutes of brisk walking
    9/2 - 60 minutes of flag football, 75 minutes of volleyball
    9/3 - 90 minutes of volleyball, 30 minutes of cycling
    9/4 - rest
    9/5 - 30 min stationary bike, 30 minutes adaptive motion trainer, 90 minutes flag football
    9/6 - rest
    9/7 - 45 minutes flag football (includes warmup drills and two quarters of play)
    9/8 - 45 minutes adaptive motion trainer, 12 minute brisk walk cool down, 90 minutes of volleyball (drills, conditioning, playing)
    9/9 - 30 minutes stationary bike, 27 minutes stair treadmill, 15 minute walking cool down
