Well, here is the weight loss charts for this week ! I have put it in alphabetical order.
If I have any incorrect information, please advise.
As you can see there are still many who have not sent me their weigh-ins.... whether you have lost, gained or maintained....this help you stay accountable. We are here to support you all ....not to judge !

I would love to join! My goal is about 50 lbs but this is a GREAT place to start. I am currently 182 and want to return to my high school weight (only five years ago but college and now medical school is piling it on!) of about 135-138. Yay!!0

Today is challanging. We got completely dumped on by the snow storm and I just spent an hour shoveling out my car that was plowed in...ALL i want to do is eat and eat crappy food!! aghhh0

I have stayed the same for this week (don't know how to add this to the chart) but have started a serious exercise program and expect to see things start to move again! I hurt, but hope it will calm down once I get used to it again. Ah to be 25 again...0 -

Let's look at the bright side...you burned 443 calories from shoveling an hour ! That's awesome ! Now...don't let all that hard work go to waste ! Drink some water...make yourself a low calorie snack....do something to change your mind about crappy food ! You can do this !0 -
