    I would love to join too! I just found myfitnesspal and am learning how to use it. I'm currently fluctuating around 185 and my goal is to get to 150~lb by June 2 (big 3-0!). I'm being pretty successful exercising but I need to be more accountable on the food front, so being part of this group would be wonderful!

    Hello All SlimPossibles !

    Just want to let you all know that I won't be logging in this weekend due to the fact my computer at home is at this time broken....

    I will be back on Monday....new members will be added, the Monday weigh in weights will be updated....and a new week begins !

    I want to say I am proud of each and everyone one of you ! You are all working so hard and deserve big kisses !!! :smooched: (which by the way is extremely low calorie but feels great ) lol

    I hope you all have a great weekend ! Remember, watch you calories, move your body and hydration people ! Hydration is key...how do you expect the fat to copme out ?! Water flushes it out of your system !!! You can all do this !

    I would love to join your group. I want to lose exactly 33 lbs right now. I weigh in on Saturdays though. lol! Just something I've always done. I started MFP last year about May...I weighed 192. I got all the way down to 167 in September before going on a Disney World trip. We got completely off track and gained back about 13lbs. I've lost 6.6 lbs since the beginning of the year so I'm definitely back on track, eating right and riding the bike.

    1/1-180
    1/8-177
    1/15-175
    1/23-176 (Was sick that week and ate whatever I could get down)
    1/31-173.4
    Mini Goal- 165 or at least 168 by Valentine's day (Valentine's day trip with hubby to the beach so new swimsuit)

    Goal Weight-140!!! I can do this! New summer wardrobe!

    New goal! Husband is taking me on a cruise in July. Gotta look good in a bikini if I want to lie around the pool all day!

    10kg to go (that's 22lb).

    Oh, and check in weight today is 70kg (154lb).

    After a gain last week, I'm happy to say, I lost that 2 and an additional pound! (224) Got the Wii Zumba and pleased with the intensity and SWEAT! (Did I just say I'm PLEASED with SWEAT??? LOL) Good luck everyone!

  • Count me in too!!! My current weight is 176 and my ultimate goal is 135....So a little over 40 pounds is what I'm working towards! I started p90x yesterday and it is kicking my butt!!! I can't let myself keep making excuses though!!!

    I am 163 this week. I can't remember, I think it's a 1lb weight loss or nothing. No gain though which rocks!!!!
