    Ugh, gained 0.5 lb this week, weighed in at 178.5. A little discouraging, but hopefully I can lose that and more by next week.

    No change for me. Still 172 today. But since I ate everything in sight Saturday night at my dad's birthday dinner, I'll take no change over hefty gain for sure! lol Keep up all the hard work, Slimpossibles! We'll get there. :-)

    Ugh. Didn't change at all this week...still weighed at 168...need to switch it up this week. On top of it, I had a bad weekend. I caveddddd....so that needs to stop.

    No excuses, I fell off and ate bad food for a bit, but I'm back on my game!
  • Lost 1lb...it's been coming off very slowly lately.
  • Down one pound from last week to 186.

    I have been sick since last monday so I didn't exercise much at all. Even though I am still not feeling well, the exercise begins again today and I hope to see more results for next week. I am really enjoying the exercise component of weight loss and want to feel the burn!

    Thanks to everyone's advice, I lost 3 lbs. this week.:smile: Down to 166. I made sure I ate all my calories (including work out calories) and drank a least 84 oz. of water. What a difference it made.

    SW - 170

  • Monday weigh in: 152.5
    2lbs lost since last week I think :D
    And 7.5lbs lost this month, I'm so happy. :D

    Weigh in was 143.4 (down .2)

    Not as bad as I had anticipated with low workouts and not much eating this weekend, NO worries, I am still on track and this week Its Balls to the wall , Still encouraged, and not giving up =) very focused !

    Hey everybody. Just checking in to see how its going. Haven't lost anything this last week, gained some muscle, so that was ok. I am firmly down one jeans size. So far, so good! Going to the gym has worked it self out so far, and I LOVE my new heart rate monitor. I am lacking on veggies this last week :(

    Hey guys it hasnt been a week so I havnt weighed myself yet but exercise and diet so far so good! I feel good being on track! :smile: Congrats for those who lost weight! and those who didnt dont let it knock you down today is a new day , a new week now is a new moment dont let pitfalls make the ultimate goal seem impossible!
