TOM last week messed me up!!0 -
I was doing so good and then the weekend hit, and my sodium went out the window. I'm upset with myself, but I'll just deal with the gain and move along. Even though I had 15.5 glasses of water (and a good chunk after dinner) and still up 3lbs. I don't think it's all sodium though as I did try 20min of p90x and then the following day did 30DS level 2 and was sore from both. But still. I know our end date is still a good couple of months away, but I may have to change my goal if I don't get my head outta my :blushing:

Good morning and happy Monday! Quick post since I'm back in the office. Alarm sounded at 5 am and I got right up and began my workout. Today I completed the Insanity warm up and then Push Circuit 1. Once the workout was completed I ate breakfast, showered and was out the door.

Another 2 pounds down!! I'm happy with that, as I was expecting the weightloss to start slowing down this week. Its been a month so far and I'm still going strong... yay! Usually by now I've lost my motivation, But I don't think thats going to happen this time, thanks to this challenge!0 -

I am so with you. I have had the muchies so bad since Sunday. I am in my office today just thinking about what I can snack on when I get home. Not a good sign since I cannot avoid going home!!!!!0 -

Zumba on Saturday was a KILLER!! My poor thighs are STILL sore! Between that, increased sodium over the weekend, and a visit from TOM, I'm not surprised by the slight gain. I'm sure that next week I will see a loss. Good job to those who've stuck to their plan!0 -

Well, I have to say this week has been difficult, I cannot figure out why I am soooo hungry??? Oh well, I stayed within my food limits, cut back a little on the exercise, and saw results!!! Here's hoping I won't feel so hungry this week! Goal is to try something new for exercise...I just bought a pass for Zumba!!! Super excited as I have only been working out on the elliptical and step at home and I need some spice!!! Won't have a chance to try it out until Friday, but I plan to go every week at least once!
