I also didnt have a vary good week. I got realy upset about my gain. I worked really hard and didnt lose nearly the amont that I wanted to. I checked my hip measurements and lost but I got stuck on the weight. :-( My husband said that it could take up to about a month and then I should see the lbs melt away not just the size. I did lose about an inch on my love handels. :-) so thats good.
-Remember measurments this sunday :-)0 -
Teetee: YOU ROCK! 2 workouts a day...can you please give me some of your motivation!??!
Percy---Seems that we are having some of the same issues...I swear I've been losing the same 5 pounds for the past 3 months. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
Alyshe, just keep doing what you're doing and eventually the scale will have to go down!!
I ate better this week, but didn't work out like I normally do. I am lacking motivation, and am really hoping that since this week is TOM thats why. I'm just so tired and cranky---so I'm totally blaming it on that. Not expecting a loss this week, hopefully there isn't a gain. Happy Friday to you all and hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day weekend!0 -
I feel like this week has been both good & bad....
I have been donig the shred every morning and I currently on day 13 in a ROW and am on level 2 which is way harder, but I'm enjoying getting my butt kicked by Jillian, and I have gone to the gym everyday this week as well! So I am proud of myself for my workouts.
However, the problem is that lately I have been feeling reallllly snacky in the afternoons and usually gave into cravings for some chips or crackers. I haven't gorged myself but am disappointed that I didn't just say no...but eating a bit for breakfast has helped with that the last 2 days [THANKS JAMIE!] so hopefully I can stop stressing about that. I hope that I see a loss on Sunday after my gain last week although TOM is right around the corner, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Have a marvelous weekend everyone!!! Thanks for your continued support & encouragment!!!0 -
Percy: By going back and looking over your changes is a very big step and good thing to do to see what you can do. Maybe having the implant removed might be the first step. I am definitely comfident that you can achieve the goal you are working for.
Alyshe: I’m too the point that I would rather lose inches than weight! I’m sure you can see the difference in your clothes. Don’t be too hard on yourself, improvements are there and changes may take awhile, but you will definitely appreciate them when they come.
Jamiebee: Thank you. My morning workouts are my way of keeping my commitment to completeTurbo Jam. And the evening ones are to get my money worth at the gym I joined. I actually found that I had more energy when I started going back to the gym in the evening.
Ding: Breakfast does make a big difference and it might be that your body is needing something that you are not getting enough of. You can also try to increase your protein so that keeps you fuller.
Today, I completed TJ Cardio Party 2. Lunch I went out with my husband and a couple of guys from his boat. I choose the salad and soup and only ate half of each, so I don’t think my lunch was too bad… Oh, wait… I had the parfait dessert too. It was yummy. Hopefully it was not too bad for me. This weekend I am going to MA with my husband since he was duty on V-day. I’m looking forward to it.0 -

I can see progress - YAY
My weight is all over the place due to the recent changes - I was back up to 81 on Wednesday and am now 79.6 again (175.5) but I already feel a lot better and I'm confident this time my body is actually going to react to all the efforts I'm putting in. Looking forward to next week :-)
I just wanted to say thank you to all of you because this group is THE BEST. I get so much support from you, whether it's on here or via your lovely comments on my profile. You're the reason I'm still trying. I could have so easily given up, hell yeah, but I'm still here and it's because of YOU!
I wish you all a great measurement day and hope you're enjoying Valentine's day!0 -

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
Hope you all have a wonderful day. I started my morning out with P90X---and I'm hoping to make it to the gym this morning for a step class! I have to work tonight, and it will be a very long night with all of the lovebirds coming in to eat!
This week, I am going to really try and stay within my calories, workout at least 4 days and try and get at least 6 hours of sleep a night (super tough with work) I also gave up diet coke (going on 4 days now) SO I hope to continue that! Anyways girls, have a great week!!0 -

~~GREAT ~~JOB ~~EVERY ~~ONE~~
I have to say that we have all done well. Congrats to all. And Congrats to our winners this week Kendra for losing the most bmi% and Jonie for losing the most inches !!!! Happy Valentiens day I hope you have a lovely day0 -
Oooooooooh thank you so much Alyshe for putting up the chart every week and making it so pretty!
Hope everyone had a great Valentine's day! We didn't really do anything special to be honest, Matt played football and I did Chalean Extreme and then made lasagne. But we had a pretty awesome weekend so that was good!
I am really happy to see my name at the top of the board. As you know I've had a rough few weeks and it's really hard not to see the numbers on the scale moving but seeing the inch loss is so rewarding! Hopefully the scale will start moving as well now that my implant is gone. I definitely notice already a massive difference in my metabolism as I'm hungry ALL THE TIME! :-)
But the week is going good so far, pretty happy with my food choices and blasting through the exercise. Have a great week everyone!!!0 -
Congrats everyone! We are really doing a great job!
I skipped my AM workout yesterday but kicked butt on the treadmill last night. This morning I completed TJ Booty sculpt and I have been feeling it in my booty all day. I guess I could say that is good, but it hurts just a little. I have my gym bag ready for this evening, but my stomach has not been too well, so I don't know if I will make it or not yet. We'll see.
Hope everyone had a great day!0 -
Hey ladies I am going to be getting a HRM and was wondering what one you guys use and what you think about it?0
-
Hey Alyshe,
I had a Polar FT7 (yes, had, because silly Joni got drunk on Friday night and lost her gym back somewhere with her HRM in it and hence had to run to the sports shop to buy a week's worth of gym kit again - anyway, besides the point ) and I really liked it. However, I was a little bit disappointed when I first got it as I expected it to do lots of cool stuff but no, it just measures heart rate and calories. They don't come cheap so I really thought it'd have more features.
Jxx0 -
I've had a Polar F7 ( I believe) and it was just like PercyPig said. Nothing special. I now have a Timex one, which I really don't care for. Either my heart rate is too low or it sucks, because it does not pick up my HR until the 3rd try sometimes. It's upsetting. Though, it also has the option to count down 1 min for cool down and tell you the difference in your HR. I've had to contact Timex once already to have them replace the band.
Sportline has one out now that is strapless and it counts your steps too. I've been debating to get it. I think I may since I have been unsuccessful in locating the watch to my Polar. Lost it in the move. :grumble:
I'm back into my habit of AM workouts at home and then some quality time with the gym. Last night I ran 3.7 miles, completed bench push-ups, assisted pull-ups, and some ab work. This evening I plan to run some more.0 -
OMG this is crazy, I've lost an entire pant size in a week! I have to keep pulling up my trousers because they keep falling off and all my t-shirts are loose! Taken out that implant has obviously been a really good decision as finally my hard work is starting to pay off. Strangely enough I still don't see any changes on the scale, but it's definitely visible on my body so I'm not complaining
This week is crazy exercise week: 5 cardio and 2 strenght training sessions so far, and planning on adding another strength training one tonight and one cardio tomorrow. Sunday is rest (can't wait!)0 -
I dont think I'm going to be able to make the chart tell monday or tuesday. I'm going to be really busy tomorrow and hopefully monday. talk to ya all later. thanks .... I'll still post my weight tomorrow. :-D0
-
Percy: Congrats! Your still completed CLX?
This week is no change for me, I've been working out pretty hard, but my jaw has too. This week I am still at 147.6
Good luck everyone!0 -
78.8 (173.7) this week. So as you can see, not much change on the scale but definitely in my figure. I asked Matt for a fancy scale for my birthday (going to be 25 on Friday!) so that I can track % body fat and things like that so looking forward to checking it out!
Teetee, still doing CLX but have missed a few workouts so am running a bit behind schedule, will be completing the first phase some time this week.
Have a great week, girls!0 -
Today's Weight: 164.8
I am SO happy with that weigh-in! I ate pretty much anything I wanted this weekend while I was at my parents (pancakes/Chipotle/pizza/a scotcheroo) and still managed to lose! I think it's because I was so active & maybe my body needed some extra calories! Good luck this week ladies...I can't wait to see how you all did!0 -
Lost 1.8lbs this week :-D at a bmi of 27.19 and now 153.4lbs have a good on ladies God bless. ttyl :-D0

I was 158.4 this morning----which I am okay with. Dad's in town visiting, eating out a lot, and not exercising. Planning to be back down to 158 if not lower next Sunday.0
-
Up this week 187 but I am okay with it after the week I had. Congrats to everyone else and keep up the awesome work.0
-
went snowmobilling at the mt. Had a great time. My son loved it! I'm going to make the chart in the morning. Great job ladies. you all did great !!!! :happy:0
-
Percy: I have one of those scales, they seem nice, but the BFW and H2O% can really fluctuate throughout the day and your level of hydration.0
-
Hey All -- I'm loving the energy and motivation in your posts!
I just started a workout program on Sunday, but I'd love to join you....so count me in! (I'll post my info later.)0 -
