This was to be my Rest Day but the day was to warm and pretty to stay in so a walking I went :happy:!!!0 -
Well, I have to thank this challenge for the double spin class. I had a ton of errands to do and 3/4 through the first class I started thinking "well, that's enough calories to eat well today-I should get going" and then I remembered my goal for the week and knew that if I left and didn't do the second class I wouldn't have a hope of hitting it. So I stayed! I still have a ton of errands to do, but I'm proud of myself for working so hard this morning!
cardbucfan Girl U had a wonderful burn. I don't know how you guys get through a double spin class. I am always so excited when my one hour class ends.
This challenge pushes us all that is why I love it!!!0 -

My goal is to be as close to 3500 by the end of the day as I can since I doubt I will get a work out in on Friday (being dragged out so I can get hit on - as my friends call it) and saturday (shopping with my bonus check, hello Nike,reebok, and Adidis outlets) and Sunday is the Daytona 500 so might get a work out in around it and chores.0
