Wow can you believe it is the last week of Feb already! How time flies when you are having fun. Welcome back everyone and welcome all newbies.
Here is the basics of the challenge. Set your own personal goal of at least 3500 calories. Yes that means you get to set your own goal. Each day log how many calories you burned, how you burned them and how many calories you have left to hit your goal. Good luck to everyone joining the challenge this week!

This is my second week. Last week I burned about 3500, so I'll up my goal by 100 this week.
To meet my goal I need to burn an average of 600 cals each day Mon-Sat in order for me to have a rest day on Sun.

Dropping it down this week. Not gonna be able to do anything Saturday or Sunday, my son has a major swim meet out of town and we'll have to be on deck by 7:00 a.m.. Gonna work out hard during the week though because I have another "thing" Saturday night and want my arms and shoulders to look great so I'm gonna hit the weights hard!

Okay I want to join. I usually do the EA sports active, but i'm going to use MFP exercise database to calculate calories since I don't have a HRM and i know the EA calories burned is notoriously low.

Feeling great getting almost half my calories burned on the first day. My heart rate monitor is amazing, I think it's really going to kick it up a notch! It's been snowing all day, but the roads look pretty good. May end up trying my C25K if it's not too icy!
