Soooooooooo, I weighed myself this morning for the challenge, but I weigh on Mondays for MFP

Guess What? Forgot what I weighed this morning
So guess what I'll be doing tomorrow morning?? WRITING IT DOWN!!!!
Problem is yesterday I was UNDER my calories & I worked out, todays my off day & I went over
CRAP!!!!!!!!!! LOL0 -
I was disappointed by my loss this week. I worked out 6 days and was within my calorie range each day and even below a few. I thought I would lose more...a little discouraged but I geuss a little is better than nothing.
My current weight is 146 pounds. (3/13/11)

Congrats to all you "losers" out there! LOL! Glad to say that this week, I am one too.
Anyone ever find that the scale is a fickle thing? I was so good this week with being under my calories and exercise, but the scale kept going up (and up and up!) It has finally turned the corner, and I lost 1/2 pound at the end.
I think I'm going to have to get out the tape measure -- I think my scale is broken! lol

RANDOM QUESTION OF THE DAY (NIGHT): How tall are you?
I'm always interested to know how tall someone is because weight is distributed so differently based on your height. Just curious to know how tall everyone is. Maybe you'll find a friend that has a similar height with similar goals.
I see that "jentoomey1" and I have very similar goals.
I'm a whopping 5'2 and my goal weight would be 125 lbs. (Ok, in a dream world 110-115, but I'd be super happy with 125.)

And... I checked my weight once at the beginning of the week... before I noticed the challenge. I was actually at 163 then, so the 163.5 four days later was a little disappointing. I guess that illustrates why we should stay off the scales!
