I'm just over 5'9" and currently weigh 173 pounds. I'd like to be back around 150, preferably at 145. It depends on my body shape and muscle mass really. I currently wear a size 12/14 jeans, but would like to get back to size 8-10. Good luck!0

Pants size ranges between 14-16, although right now 16s are WAY loose...YAY!0 -
i'm 5'9 an at 170. My goal weight 46lbs ago was 160, but I might shoot for a little lower depending on how it all looks on me I'm currently wearing an 11 or a 12-hoping for an 8 or 10.
As for love handles-oblique crunches are super effective, but the thing i've found most effective (if you do it consistently) is standing straight up with a weight in each hand-you can use no weight or as high a weight as you want. lean over to one side, keeping the weight by your leg to about mid-thigh and pause. come back up and do the other side. I usually try 20 on each side when i'm really trying to tackle the love handles. they really really work if you don't them every day or every other day and they are super easy.0 -

I'm 6 ft tall. I started at 205 lbs. Right now I weight 167 lbs. And I wear a size 8
My initial goal was a 165 lbs, but I'm thinking I might want to get to 155 to 160 lbs. We'll see. I luving all the change0 -
I'm 5'9 and I currently weight 199 and a size 14. I'm trying to get to 165. That puts me in the top of the "healthy range" which will get me into a size 10, I'm guessing, which is really the size I want to be. Any thinner and my face looks gaunt to me.0

I'm 5'9 & currently at 198lbs...my goal weight is 139:) I started MFP a few days ago at 199 but my heaviest was 214ish. I wear a size 16/18 in jeans....I don't know what I was at my lowest weight but I wore a size 7 (Hollister) jeans 2 years ago:'( ...that's my goal to reach a size 7 again! lol0

Hi, Wow, I'm surprised that there are so many tall ladies on here... I'm so used to being the tallest gal in the room!
I'm 5'8 and 149lbs, my heaviest ever was 169lbs but that was a few years ago when I was leading an unhealthy lifestyle in London... I joined this site a few weeks ago at 157lbs and I want to get to 143 or 145lb ( so hard to write this as I'm used to kg's, I'm aiming for 65 or 66kg). I wear a size UK/ NZ 12 and I'm aiming for a small 12 or big 10.

I am 5'8 1/2 and weigh 188.5 (as of this morning ) I want to lose 20 pds by June 15 and then ideally get 155pds. I just got strict again with my diet so I am eating about 1200cal/day. My heaviest was 228pds about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Right now I go back and forth between a size 10 and a size 12 pants. I want to rock a cute swimsuit this summer when I go to Cancun in June!0

I'm 5'11 and started at 155/160 5 weeks ago. I'm 148 now with a goal of 135ish. Really, the goal is to tone and flatten my stomach and tone my thighs (inner and outer) and my butt... I wear a size 9 (but was literally busting out of them before I started MFP) and I'm satisfied with a 9, esp. since I don't have muffin top anymore lol. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit without worrying about how I look every few seconds, and I want to be able to wear my summer clothes and dresses for work without wearing my tummy sucker/thigh slimmer.0

I'm 5'9 and 154lbs. The lowest I have been is 138 and I was probably a little too skinny. I think ideally I would love to be around 145-ish. I plan on being there for summer. :-) I think I am a size 12 right now. I have so many jeans from when I was smaller that I would love to put back on again.0

I'm 5.11" and weigh around 230 lbs (well, I did two weeks ago and it's my heaviest weight ever). I've just started healthy eating and exercising again so hopefully I've lost a bit now. I'm a Uk size 18/20. I'm not sure if this would help with love-handles but hula-hooping might work? I know you can't really lose weight from one area so perhaps do cardio to burn fat generally and hopefully they'll shift pretty soon
I'm 5'10 224 as of this morning (234lbs was my heaviest at the beginning of the year...but I did have just have a baby in Nov). I am doing the same..diet and excercise. Sleep would help, but that just doesn't seem to be happening here as of late. I am a pretty solid size 18 (US), but my goal weight is 165. First stop is to get under 200,second stop is 189 (my goal for the New Kid's Concert in June) 3rd stop is 176 (what I weighed when I got married) and last stop 165, which is within my healthy BMI. I have two pairs of Tommy Hilfiger capri's size 10's that I have had for almost four years and just REALLY want to take the tags off of them! LOL!0 -
I'm 6'6" tall. Current weight 299lbs. Current pant size 40/34. Heaviest I was 335lbs and wore a 44-46 pant size. My next goal is 275 and see what I think when I get there. I might try to get back down to 250, but know lower. 20 yrs ago after going to college, I went from 6'3" to 6'6" tall and went from 250 down to 223. I looked sick. So no lower then 250 for me.0

I am 5'9 1/4" and when I started my weightloss last summer at my highest weight ever (204.8) my goal was to get down to 170 which was a healthy bmi for my height...however, I have surpassed that goal and have made a new goal of 152-155. I am currently 160 and would love to lose the last few lbs and tone up more!0

I am 5'9 and my current weight is 170 and wear a size 11. My goal weight is 130lbs. My lowest weight was senior year at 140-145. My doctor said I should've lost about 5-10lbs instead I gained 30lbs! I would love to fit back into my "skinny jeans" at a size 7.0

I'm 5'10" and currently 177.6. My heaviest weight was 250 (3-4 years ago). My weight has fluctuated from 240-190 within the past few years. The lightest I've ever been is 173 (the average "healthy" weight to be for my height). I aim to get around 125. Yes, it's five pounds underweight. But I've got quite a bit of body fat to lose, not as much as before (lets just say, there's plenty of flab to go around).
My jean size is thirteen at the moment, but those are getting kind of loose.0 -
I'm 5'9 at 131lbs with wide hips and ribcage. I wear 7 in jrs, 6 in womens and 28 at stores like the Buckle- my new fav! I'm just trying to build up muscle right now. I got down to about 125 and lost all my muscle. So just trying to be healthy and toned now. Lots of running!0

My lowest weight was 132 but....that was over 30 years ago....four kids since then....and I was probably too thin....although I sitll felt large even at 132....go figure!!0
