    Count me in - I try to walk a mile during my lunch break but the motivation has been lacking. This is exactly what I need. I will report in on Monday's.

    Hey my daughtes school is starting a just run program and with that you can run or walk and on the form it says if you run consitenly for 12 mins to count a mile and walk for 20 mins to cout as a mile. I mean if you can do it in less time that is ok to but this is for the slow people like me hehe.

    and i would also like to join. i'm doing the 30day shred challenge as well but told my daughter i would help her get her miles in to get the prize they gotta walk/run 50 miles before school is up in may so it will be fun happy walking.

    AWESOME!!!!! This challenge is for walkers and runners. I plan to walk for about a month then start running. Good luck!!!

    Just walked another 3 miles today! Added a bit of jogging in too. Burned 320 calories. Whoot!

    And I added a new ticker to go along with the challenge! I put in 450 miles as a goal to reach toward for the end of the year! That's averaging about 12 miles a week I think! We'll see how it goes!

    KEEP IT UP, YALL DOIN ME PROUD!!!!!! GREAT WORK!! I was only able to walk one mile today since I dislocated my knee. I listened to a dear friend's advice (ahem, bk) and decided to listen this time (for once). Good work, guys!!!!!
