    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO PLAN OUT YOUR MEALS FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AND POST THEM HERE. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun knowing that you don't need to stress about 'what's for supper?'! :)

    lunches will be leftovers.
    suppers are:

    WEEK TWO
    chicken enchiladas
    spaghetti
    potato bar (broccoli cheese soup)

    So I lost another half a pound...I am so happy about this ...I was 139 back at Christmas but gained a little back so finally I am back to where is should be! I am really loving exercise now and it no longer feels like a chore, I actually get excited about it now. I am thinking I finally hit that pivot point I needed to love exercise.

    Half pound loss- I'll takeit:tongue: Only seven and a half to go to get to my happy weight, so I'm thrilled with any loss at all. Had my BF checked in a bod pod yesterday. I went from 23.5% in Feb to 16.5% yesterday. This is as close as I've ever been to where I want to be as an adult. MFP has played a big pert in this attempt!!! : I heart: MFP
