    So grateful you have this challenge, thanks! I finally got on my elliptical and finished one mile. :blushing: Not much, but more than I've done in a long time. I'll just have to keep at it until I get back up to the 5 miles I used to be able to do last year.

    Did 5 miles today, 1/2 mile on elliptical, 3 miles on the stationary bike and 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill.
    Figured out how to move the ticker, YAY!

    Took National Start Walking Day to heart. I walked home from work- 8 miles and then did 3 miles on the treadmill for a tiring 11 miles today!

    did 2.2 more on treadmill tonight...updated my ticker and now i'm off for a snack and bed...

    3.0 miles today -- 2 from C25K (my pedometer reset itself in the middle, that's my best guess. It was probably longer), and 1.0 from my walk to and from my car on campus. I love this challenge!! Oh, and I updated my ticker.

    3 miles today for me but think I have to knock off the "foot work" for a while. Doc seems to think I may have a stress fracture in my foot. ARGGGHHHH! Looks like I will be biking for a while!

    Whoa! 11 miles of walking in one day--amazing! (Congratulations!)

    As for me: walked 6 miles this evening. Seems miniscule compared to a daily total of 11 miles, but I will just have to live with my humility. :ohwell:

    Walked a total of six miles today. That's a lot of walking for me. Thankfully I have a pedometer to help track my distance.

    Mileage goal: 75

    So for a minute there yesterday was feeling like lowering my miles in order to give myself more time to strength train- having a hard time currently doing either. Head is back in the game now. I need to do both. I feel like my whole body has gotten proportionately smaller but my problem spots are still smaller problem spots. Not sure if that makes sense... but it's frustrating. Anyways... cheers to my fellow *kitten* movers! Best and most reliable thread out there:drinker:

    Sprinted 5 k through my neighborhood today. I love spring when I can emerge from the indoors and find activities to do outside!!!
