Wow! This was a great idea, it really motivated me! I did eight miles this past week and lost 2.5 pounds! Prior to the exercise I was only loosing a pound or pound and a half. I'm going to try 2 miles per day five days and 1 mile a day on the weekends and see how it goes! I was using Leslie Sansone walking dvd's--love it!0

Walked about 3 miles again today. Went shopping for clothes as celebration. Unfortunately....the sizes I wanted to fit wouldn't.....so, I'll just have to keep walking, won't I?!0

walked 2 miles today i'm so tired actually kind of glad hubby has the only vehicle with him at work. cause that forces me to walk if i want to go any where. also weighed today lost a pound. its better than nothing. but i am noticing that my pants are fitting loser. probably lost 2 inches off my hips. i'm so happy.0

sun - fell and hurt myself
mon - still sore from yesterday.
tues - only did about half a mile.
wed- walked about 2 miles? - was shopping with my gran all day
Well this week hasn't been to good, as my kids left milk on the floor from their breakfast and i slid on it and hurt my hip, leg, ankle and arm, and so that slowed me up somewhat.
But on the plus side i did get in extra crunches last night to try and make up for it.Hasn't helped that its been a down pour the past few days up here.
Next week will hopefully be better, now i am under the 12 stone mark i think i have a bit more confidence0 -

I was wondering if I can join the group even if I'm late? I've been trying to walk 10 000 steps a day ( almost suceed every day !). I really need some support, it's not always easy !

ok on
thursday - walked 6.5 miles (to make up for last week)
friday - took the dogs a walk for 2 hours, not sure how many miles, but certainly over a mile.
With all the walking done on thursday my knee went :S, and has also increased my weight, i had been 11.12 and was so happy to see the 11's again, but my knee is slightly swallon and im back up to 12. Oh well im sure it will go back down in the next few days,

I use the leslie sansone walk workout. I do several a day 3, 1, 3 session on my cardio only days. Its fun and doesn't wear me out. She is awesome.
I like to walk at least 100 miles a month. Things have been crazy lately so I have had to reduce it.
Our current challenge is awesome!! Keep up the great work everyone0 -
