    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Eh, not so much I need to get better at that! But I stayed within my calories!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I worked out even though I was exhausted!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I had a productive day at work...I exercised hard at Zumba...I cleaned up around the house even though I was tired!

    What would I have done differently? Gone to bed earlier...I need to get more sleep!

    What is today's personal goals? Keep on top of tracking and go to Zumba tonight!

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Recently I've been eating weight control oatmeal for breakfast, and I love it!

    Mood today? POSITIVE!!!!!!!

    food and such from the cottage so we can close it up for my MIL.

    Mood today? :( If you noticed my newsfeed my friend lost her battle with
    cancer on Monday morning.

    Mood today? good... sad though during our walk my daughter and i saw an owl that'd been hit by a car. we moved it from the road onto the grass and hoped it was resting in peace. i wish it hadn't died.

    What would I have done differently? Ignored J, not had that conversation. Left the conversation earlier. Avoided conflict.
    What is tomorrow's personal goals? Work productively for DIS, do something practice related, apply for a job. Make things good with M. BONUS: go run, or go to yoga/zumba.

    Hey everybody! I had a reality check yesterday. I had lab work done last Friday and got the results yesterdays. Some were good and some were bad. Dr. told me I have to have lab work done again in 3 months and if the bad things have not improved she was going to try new meds (probably insulin) for by type 2 diabetes. I do not want to go on insulin! I do not want to die! It seems everything on me is falling apart. I have been trying to motivate myself to stop with the bad and start with the good. Today is a new day & a new beginning.

    What would I have done differently? skipped the miniature chocolate

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) The art was great tonight we went to a new oyster bar and shared oyster stew, salad, an ale, bread and some oysters on the half shell.

    Rossergirl: I am type 2 diabetic and have been for a few years now. I have never been on any meds. Weight loss is the key. Get that weight off and your numbers will improve. I can't express any more that EXERCISE is key. Your belly fat will subside with exercise.
    I have beat type 2 after losing 24 pounds. You will see results on your next check up.

    What would I have done differently? Friday made the walk longer, Saturday gotten a breakfast on the way to convention, I would have eaten better the whole day
    What is today's personal goals? eat veggies and fruit and fish, drink water, take a long walk

    Mood today? The convention really hurt after a hard week of getting more exercise. I gained what I slowly lost all week and more. :|

    Hey everyone! I didn't catch up on all the posts but caught a few of the 'add ons'. Glad to see everyone is working hard on their weight loss and so supportive of each other. Good to get acquainted with the newbies and welcome to our group. We've been crazy busy but things are starting to slow down for me in the next few weeks. Shingles are much improved and ready for our new life of retirement at the end of the month! :D Life is good! <3
