Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) Yes - Green Giant Just for One Broccoli and Cheese Sauce. Only 40 cals. I was hesitant to try this after that last Green Giant broccoli/cheese parmesan & asiago cheese sauce thing that I tried & hated. However; I am glad that I tried this one because it was delicious & I will be buying these & keep in stock in my freezer. These are great!!!
Mood today? irritable & nervous - new car is leaking oil... Also, filed an extension for our taxes & they are due today & still not done... Aarrgghh!

Guess I didn't post yesterday. Hmmmm.......the blisters & rash are far less today but I am having some pain. Back to ibuprofen. I am going back to work tomorrow. Only one day this week. LOL. I only have about 1 1/2 months anyway!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Burned 200 calories on treadmill and took hour walk with sister.
What would I have done differently? Tracked and more exercise. Illness has been my justification for not and I've used it as a crutch.

all the changes on MFP. I am not one of the those computer savy people, but I try.
Dahila- Sorry about the shingles, I know they are very painful.
So many of the people I know are getting them that myself and my husband
got the shot for it. So if you do get it, it won't be so severe. Feel better.

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) well I just had my first and hopefully last root canal. This is why I haven't been posting the end of the week. A recent crown started hurting a few days ago so went in yesterday. I am on pain medications and antibiotics that I have to take with food every 4 hours even through last night. Had more yogurt than I would otherwise want. Hope it gets better soon.
