    KRISTEN: My current weight is 175.4 and I am trying to get back to my ticker weight of 168.0.
    That is my goal right now with everything that is going on.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, went to the boat for the day didn't track my food but did
    track exercise. :happy:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Probably not
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Just relaxed yesterday
    What would I have done differently? I did pretty good on calories but did have ice cream after dinner. :ohwell:
    What is today's personal goals? Tracking today, no exercise-rest day, drink my water, no junk :drinker:
    Did you try something new recently? (food, exercise, etc....) No
    Mood today? Just okay

    Mon - Walking 3.9 miles
    Tues - Strength w/weights 60 min.
    Wed - Yoga Class 75 min.
    Thurs- Biking 11 miles - 64 min.
    Fri - Walking 3 miles
    Sat - Walking 2.5 miles

    Happy today. I just started back on track after several months of neglecting my weight (and gaining). So yesterday was good. Stayed within my calorie goal. It is the euphoria of beginning anew. Soon the hard part will come.

    Thanks for starting the new Fall thread.
    Current weight 143.5 lbs.
    I am now almost back at my ticker weight -- just need to lose one more pound. I can't believe that I lost the weight that I had gained while out of town so quickly.

    I have better luck completing this at night instead of next morning so yesterday is today and today is tomorrow! Oh my.........I'm confusing myself! Can't imagine how confused you all must be! LOL

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nope didn't do enough exercise
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate well, played bells at church, and did a lot of the service at church. It was to celebrate United Methodist Women Sunday and I'm president of our unit so gave a talk and did all of the announcing. I also played handbells and I led the singing. Busy morning at church! Took a friend her birthday gift and caught up on our busy lives.
    What would I have done differently? Should have exercised more.
    What is today's personal goals? Clean house and 2 hours of exercise. Husband is working and I'm Not working so no excuse!
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Kind Bars. Very good for a breakfast or lunch replacement! You have to like nuts!
    Mood today? Feel good but lazy! Didn't do anything constructive except church and walk this morning. Otherwise pretty much a slug!

    Yes. Eggs, fish, chicken. Pretty much everything.

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track, and swim
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? I love Kinds bars - the dark chocolate an sea salt is my fav. I bought some Rice Chex - I'm not a fan of high sugar cereal. This is pretty good.
    Mood today? defeated - 13 year old vs. my husband. I feel like I take one step forward and 6 steps back.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Today there were LOTS of cake and sweets in the office but I had 1 cookie and that was all.
    What would I have done differently? Track my steps. I have to find/charge the tracker this week
    What is today's personal goals? This week goal - two times in gym
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? No...sorry...boring

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Not quite, but with cleaning and grocery shopping, I moved enough to make up what I didn't walk.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate well, did some comparison of calories, fat, and sugars when shopping today. Walked to handbell practice instead of driving.
    What would I have done differently? Could have exercised more.
    What is today's personal goals? Want to get below 190! This will stay my daily goal until I hit 189.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Froze grapes and blueberries! Goodness, they are like candy! LOL
    Mood today? Felt energetic & perky today

    Jillfrisch - Great job sticking with only 1 cookie and not indulging in the rest of the sweets!!

    GoldK -- I can't really taste a difference between Olive Oil and Vegetable oil when I cook with them, altho I can see and taste a difference between these two if I just taste them plain before cooking. Can you taste a big difference when you cook with Coconut Oil? If so, I'm guessing it tastes better than Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil???

    Good news! Lost that extra pound and am now back to my ticker weight. I hope that I can keep it off for the rest of the week!!! :happy:

    Did you try anything new on yesterday? Well, although I did not mean too... I did not eat supper at all and was under 500 calories for the day. This was not intentional. First time not hungry enough to even get up and have something -- even to make myself.-- in over 30 years!!! So... that I am calling something new, but did not intentionally try it.( I feel great today.) Not starving or anything...
    Mood Yesterday? :frown: :cry: :brokenheart: :sad: :yawn: Add on smiley for mega anxious & mega stressed!!! Not a good day, yesterday...
    Mood today? :smile: :frown: A little stressed and anxious & still a little sad about something, but feel much brighter and happy this morning.... issues of yesterday are still unresolved... but don't have to do the same things as I did yesterday that caused tons extra of the stress & anxiety & another day out of the incident that caused the sadness.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to gym. Found AND charged my step tracker. Drank over 1.5 ltrs of water.
    What would I have done differently? worked harder at gym
    What is today's personal goals? This week goal - two times in gym
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Drinking more fruit juice. Biotta is a good, clean brand and the juice keeps me satisfied for awhile.
