    This weekend was pretty bad foodwise. It was a birthday weekend for my son and the menu was hard to fight off entirely. I did get to the gym Saturday tho.


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Did not set any, didn't do anything yesterday really.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing really
    What would I have done differently? Should've gotten in a workout.
    What is today's personal goals? Get in a GOOD workout at the gym, to walk on all breaks today (I get two plus a lunch break) AND stay under 1200 calories--period. No eating back what I exercise as I figure that's OK to do today to help make up for my weekend. :/
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Prepped a vegetable Fritatta to cook for dinner tonight. We will see how that goes, 320 claories and 25 grams of protein.
    Mood today? OK so far. I am at work :)

    My mom was in the hospital for a few days, but went home on Saturday. She is better, but still unable to get up much or walk without a walker as she hasn't lost the dizziness completely - but it is improved enough that she isn't getting violently ill every time she has to move. They ruled out most serious things since a cat scan and MRI didn't show anything - so they think just a very severe case of vertigo. So it's a relief that it isn't anything more serious, but not very pleasant for her!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? hmmm, I did take a short walk instead of doing nothing
    What would I have done differently? had more control over my eating

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did get some walking in for the day
    What would I have done differently? More exercise less bad food choices
    What is today's personal goals? Back on track, getting back to ticker weight, exercise
    Did you try something new recently? (food, exercise, etc....) Saturday October Fest, sausages, noodles,
    and different kinds of German food. :drinker:
    Mood today? :yawn: Neighbor's had a party last night, not much sleep for me.

    What would I have done differently? Exercise is the goal this week. Wed is gym day.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes! :bigsmile: now I can quit obsessing about 190 and can now shoot for 185!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked my errands. Gorgeous day yesterday!
    What is today's personal goals? Busy day! Watch my food intake because won't get much exercise in. Do 30 min on treadmill and 15 on elliptical

    Mood today? Energized!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked on break, worked out at the gym and got back on the tread at home in the evening.
    What would I have done differently? idk
    What is today's personal goals? Same as yesterday. Eat no more than 1200 and work out.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? The vegetable fritatta was fantastic. Alot of food for only 320 calories
    Mood today? OK

    Sun - No work out. Walked the mall a little bit, leisurely.
    Mon - 1 mile on tread at gym, lifted weights worked my arms today. Got on Tread for 2 more miles at home.

    What would I have done differently? probably didn't need the pop tart ;-)
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track, and elliptical or swim. I was going to do yoga but someone thought it would be a good idea to schedule a work meeting at the same time :sad: This is the first class since June. The Y is going through a renovation and we haven't had any space to do yoga. Oh well. I will try for Thursday's class.

    Goldk - that is such a bummer when work gets in the way of your planned workout ... that has been happening to me waaay too often lately!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tracked everything and ate every last exercise calorie but stayed under so that's ok!
    What would I have done differently? late afternoon eating was more than it should have been

    Mood today? Good - looking forward to my upcoming vacation

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat the best foods but didnt over eat. Got on treadmill tonight even though I didn't want to!:yawn:
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten a scone for breakfast or apple cake at a meeting even though I didn't eat anything else for breakfast or lunch. Not good calorie choices!
