Talk about a double standard!!
Dont gaf what my boyfriend does with his chest and pleasure region hair.
Ironic your name is mrtolerable
I mean honestly I don't know if my gf would gaf either - but I respect her enough to groom myself just as she grooms herself.
Hair is dirty and disgusting and I'd say women with unkempt body-hair would fall under the same two adjectives describing hair.
Posted about body hair earlier in the thread.."It triggers disgust because it reminds humans how dangerous sex can be. And that’s why we shave it off. Because armpit hair betrays the western fantasy about sex, which is that sex is fun, pleasurable, innocent, and inconsequential, a fantasy that elides the evolutionary truth."
which makes sense considering you think looking for a man who wants more than a bed buddy is 'clearly an archaic sentiment'
^I don't see what your point is - sure it triggers disgust because it reminds humans of how dangerous sex is... I mean you could faq up your entire genetic line mating with the wrong person!
Western fantasy..about sex and hair.. Your comments about sex and hair are in line with the western fantasy. It makes sense that you find body hair disgusting because you also think wanting a life partner rather than a bed buddy is 'archaic.'
any of this making you see my point?1 -

How do you think you got here?
Years ago it was considered very sexy for a woman to have a bush, it was a sign that she was mature and womanly.
And I will add that some men still feel that way.
Personally, I shave, always have but as I said before, I shave when I want sometimes that means I get quite hairy.0 -

Why even reply to this guy? He's a forum troll with no sense at all.0 -

Where are you getting this information? Just because that's your opinion doesn't mean everyone normal and psychologically stable feels the same.
Haha. I hope you're trolling. If not, I feel bad for your closed-minded views.
Social normalcy does not equate to a healthy individual.

Nah I get it if people thinks it is unattractive but I was more miffed at the malicious adjectives he used to describe the people who don't shave. That's where I interpret him as intolerant.

"Evolutionarily speaking, sex is the whole game. Sex with the wrong person can kill you and your genetic line – through disease, infertility, misfortune. With the right person, it can assure that your genes are transmitted to the next generation. Armpit hair signals sex because it grows during puberty and is one of the first signs of maturity (and fertility). And it signals sex because it transmits the scents that lead to mating. It triggers disgust because it reminds humans how dangerous sex can be. And that’s why we shave it off. Because armpit hair betrays the western fantasy about sex, which is that sex is fun, pleasurable, innocent, and inconsequential, a fantasy that elides the evolutionary truth."
evolution isn't just a theory anymore. genetics change over generations. it happens. its fact. fact is not debatable.
Its not a fact and it is, won't accept your religious view of apes to humans theory. Religion whether its evolution or not shouldn't be brought on here because of this right here or did you want to argue with me some more? Your loving this arguing don't you? Because you want to get the last word dontchya?
just can't get enough of me can ya girl?
I can smell a jezebel spirit a mile away
so you are southern. edit to include..i made the comment because of the use of the word jezebel. nothing more.
actual evolution..as in genetic change over generations (which is what the person above was referring to) has been proven as fact. its not debatable. its not a religious view.
Still disagree and you your word or my word doesn't make evolution any truer then it is. See told you it wasn't a good idea but here you are still stcking your foot in your mouth as well leenajean
The cool thing about Science is that it's true whether you believe it or not. Unlike religion.

Exactly. Because men who are into women who look like little girls are definitely psychologically healthy...I mean, as long as we're judging such things based on body hair preferences.

I'm currently pregnant with another boy but was talking to my husband about this just a few days ago. About how weird it must be for dad's of little girls.... they might never look at a shaved vagina the same way again after having a baby girl!

Damn, I go to bed, come back to check on this thread and it went from zero to one hunna real quick. I especially like that we're debating whether or not science is a fact. (*)
To the gentleman that explained why he shaves for swimming and the aerodynamics a few pages back, thank you. Makes sense now. Shaving 30 seconds off your time is a big deal! (Pun intended)0 -

I seriously don't see your point.. I'm not just talking armpit hair either, under the chin, armpits, legs, pleasure regions, the tail/lower back.. I mean this needs to be maintained and maintained well -
Really? Because my husband and I "mate" at least four times a week and I don't shave my lady bits.

Your personal attack on me is off - bed buddies become friends who become girlfriends who become fiances who become spouses..
I have a girlfriend who is my only 'bed bud' right now, she was strictly my bed bud for about 5 months, then I started to really fall for her and likewise she become fond of only me and we became a couple... and maybe someday she will be more than my gf -REGARDLESS it has NOTHING at all to do with this discussion!!!
Western fantasy?! Like what are you even talking about? I just got suchi with a friend from Vietnam and another from Indonesia and a girl from france - guess what?! They ALL thought that women not shaving is disgusting, including the women from France!
This isn't strictly a 'Western Fantasy', and I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'fantasy'? Like you think western males view too much porn and have an unrealistic expectation of sex and women performance?

Its not feminine, and I have dated many many foreign women, my current gf is foreign and luckily they were not introduced to the feminist B/s that propagates these forums - Like grant it I am all in accord with women being equal in value to man, and having equal rights - BUT they are not the same as man - they are feminine while men are masculine... what I see now adays is male kids being total wimps and women strutten around with no bra rocking whiskers - its disgusting and backwards and it has to be stemmed from some sort of behavioral development disorder - prob your parents fault.

I mean women made these exact comments on here as well and where is the vitriol attack on them?
I am getting that information making a large personal guesstimate that falls in line with others thinking as well - I am not being 'closed-minded' I am not saying if you don't shave you are making an ethical mistake - I will say though that being a women with body hair is being ill-mannered.
Wait you don't like a woman with no bra on?
maybe when she is cuddled up next to me after a romp or two of banging - but in public? That is incredibly classless?!
Like were you guys raised in the woods by wolves or something?!
