Happy Monday! Bootcamp training this morning then one client then TKO. Finish a few shopping for gifts and then make my ugly sweater for Xmas.
Cardio: run/jog 2 miles (300 calories)
Strength: quads- leg press, squat, leg extension 12,10,8,6 x 4
Assessment: Not a good eating weekend.0 -

No official workout this weekend, though I did a lot of walking at some museums.

Happy Humpday and Christmas Eve! Just one client this morning then I'm picking up some supplies for making an ugly sweater and food for tonight at my mom and dad's house where we celebrate Christmas at midnight! BIL and SIL are here with there kids and my DD is having fun playing with them.

Strength: chest- incline bench, Hammer bench, dips, seated flyes. 12,10,8,6 x 4

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Party starts at 1pm till 9pm tonight at my uncle's house so we'll be out all day. I got my DD a MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 3 for Christmas...........she better take care of it!!!!!!!!!! The expectation is that it will last her through her high school years and I just want her to be ultra responsible early.

Strength: back- pullups, bent over rows, seated cable rows, pullovers. 12,10,8,6 x 4 sets

I've decided to give up the outdoor bootcamp training after 3 months of doing it due to differences of philosophy between myself and the owner of the business. With the new year practically starting today, I have a lot of opportunities to fill that time slot, so it's all good!
