Amazing... all of you ladies have inspired me to start lifting... I have been doing body weight exercises for about 2 months, and despite seeing an improvement I am really leaning toward heavy lifting.0 -
I just know that by the time I get my shht together, this thread will probably be in part 2. Not bad necessarily..but ugh..0

No heavy lifting, after losing 23 lbs:
One month of heavy lifting, 5/3/1 program
The weight difference from the first to second photo is one pound.
Wow amazing!0 -
Your measurements are exactly the same as mine and I wear a size 8. What is this sorcery? *scratches head*0

Lost my baby weight (from my 3rd child) in December. Hit the gym in January after I recovered from severe pneumonia. I weighed 125 when I started at the gym and 136 now. I lifted heavy, and ate 2300-3000 calories a day. Just tryin' to get buff I do not think I look like a dude!
ONE YEAR! Last year vs last week

Hot! You are killing it.1 -

I lost about 60 pounds BEFORE this before picture (left) using cardio and dieting.
This is the difference between 195/200 (cardio like crazy and restrictive dieting) to 170/175 (nixed cardio, started lifting and ate more).
this is at about 165/170 and below that is at 153

My profile pic is the difference that 6 months of lifting heavy can do alongside a good eating plan. Always lift heavy, ALWAYS!!!0
