Not sure really. I've lost 30 now and was 13/14 now got into a 7/8!8

10-15 for me.1

About 10 pounds per size for me.1

No idea. I'm 5'3.5. I started at 170 lbs in size 16 jeans and because I knew I wanted to at least lose 40 lbs, didn't want to invest in jeans until I was closer to goal. At about 130 lbs I was a size 6 and now at 120 lbs I'm around 0-2 depending on the brand10

Not sure either. I've lost 22lbs. Went from a size 12-14 to a size 81

10 for me. I'm 5'2"
Although, it depends if they were fitting in the first place, ;-)

Usually 10lb, but when I hit maintenance, in the next year I went down 2 sizes without losing more weight. I'm 5'3". Size 10 to size 4. 8 at goal, 4 current.6

About 10.1

Thanks for the input! I was just curious because it takes me about 20# which seemed like alot (im pretty proportional top and bottom...not a pear or apple) to go down a size. Im currently 218 and in a size 16 (loose but 14's are tight).2

The less you have to lose, the more significant of a difference in jean size you'll see with less weight loss. I mean, it will depend on genetics on how fat loss is distributed but it seems that way.2

I'm working on going from a 14 to a 12. 9 lbs is not enough. I'm 5" 6""2

I honestly have not noticed. I'll have to keep an eye on that.0

I'm 5'6", 167, and can fit into everything from a 12-16. I can zip up the only 10s I have, but it's pretty bulgy.
Someone once posted a link to a site where they had pics of women along with their weights and sizes. I'd like to see that again to compare my new weight.5 -
I've just started my journey, lost 9 lbs but no change in clothes. I guess it's too early to tell...1

The bigger you are the more pounds between sizes. My first size was a 26, it took 40 lbs to go down to a 22,(20 lbs per size), and continued 40 lbs to an 18. It's looking like 15 to get to the next size and after that it's 15 pounds per size until I'm down to a 10, then it's 10 pounds per size for me, or at least, that's what it was on the way up.
I'm 5'6 and weighing 225.8 right now, wearing an 18 and they are getting looser.8 -
10-15 now. When I started and was a 24/26, it was a lot more pounds off before I got into 22. Then another good amount of weight had to go before size 20. Eighteen arrived faster than 20 and 16 and 14 each required fewer pounds, yet.
They build a lot more room into the asp, butt and thighs in the bigger sizes than they do in the smaller ones and most have elastic waists, so they stay up until you're really into the next size.
My size 14s started feeling more roomy about two weeks after I got them.
When you lose a lot, you go through a LOT of clothes. I buy some new-new and some on eBay. I also buy things I really like in my size and then next one down. I'm tired of getting rid of shirts I love.5 -

I don't know how tall you are, but I also needed to lose 70 pounds (I've lost 33) and at about 15 pounds was when the 14s started to fit again.0 -
