Today was my first day at the gym and it went great, going to try to go multiple times a week for about 1 hour.0 -

Struggles or Successes of your week: This is my most productive week of the month so far. It's great, because I'm getting a tattoo on Friday and will probably have to stop exercising for a few days. It'll slow down my weight loss a little bit, but I think I'll reach my goal weight without problems. Only 3.6lbs/1.6kg to go0 -

Struggles or successes of my week:1/8 - I've been eating relatively well hey. Had a piece of chocolate here and there, I mean how else can one stay sane? But overall, it's been a good weak. Did crave some red velvet cake the other day but I asked myself if I needed it (to stay sane) and the answer was no so I just kicked that craving to the curb. No real struggles unless you count my health issues... But that's always there
PS. Won't be home next week so I won't be able to weigh myself. Let's hope that does throw me off!!!
Struggles or successes of my week:1/22 - Not much of an appetite lately. Haven't been very active either. I actually weighed myself on Tuesday when I got back home and I was 58.6kgs, so close to my goal but now I've gained 0.2kgs. I'm going to chalk that up to water weight. If I can get to 58.5kgs before 1/31, I'll be stoked. I highly doubt I'll be at that number at the end of the month because it will be that TOM (water retention, bloating, you name it)0 -

Struggle - Bit disappointed with just a lb off this week - have sweated bullets and kept within calorie goal....but, hey, the body is a weird and mysterious thing and the fat will come off at it's own pace I guess as long as I keep up the good work.
Success - Have been tempted by red wine and pizza cravings but haven't given in. Stayed strong despite a stressful week and haven't done any comfort eating/drinking. Am very close to my goal for January....just 1.5lbs to go.....eek!!!!

Struggle - Had a hard time staying under calorie limit this week. Went to the cinema on Tuesday and ate a lot of popcorn and other crappy food.
Success - I've been going to the gym more often and have been doing some form of strenuous exercise as well as my normal commute to work.

Struggles or successes for your week: Finally! I'll take what I can get, but this has been painfully slow. I do take my other measurements and will plug those in after my exercise program is finished. I'm doing more weights and less cardio this time around so the weight loss is very slow but the body changes are there. I missed some days so I'm hoping I have more motivation for the last week and a half. I need a woosh at the end here so I can hit the 150s!
