i don't know what sriracha is....how did it turn out?
Sriracha is a hot sauce - super tasty! You can get it pretty much anywhere - I shop at Walmart. Yesterday's creation turned out to be really yummy actually. I mixed a pouch of the Starkist Tuna Creations (lemon pepper) with 1/2 cup of Rotel (which is the tomatoes and green chilis...this one also had lime juice in it). Then I had some triscuits, spread some Laughing Cow Creamy Pepperjack cheese on the triscuits, then topped them with the tuna/rotal mixture. Super good & filling!
Oh I'm.so trying this!! On triscuits which i love! Great snack0 -

I enjoy putting some hot sauce on tuna Anything really, I cut up some cucumbers and wanted some ranch. Input the ranch and saw how that would effect me ... So I put a few dabs of hot sauce instead. Tely helps with some flavor.. Not to mention hot sauce has positive effects on a dietCherylAndOrCarolTunt wrote: »Hot sauce all the way baby!

sometimes I use cottage cheese instead of mayo, but it's kinda bland. might have to try the bbq sauce idea. I bet that's good with crackers.0

I use the 5 oz cans (in water) and usually get three sandwiches out of each option. Some of my favorites:
- 2Tbs Greek yourt, 2Tbs feta cheese, chopped black olives, Greek seasoning
- mashed avocado, chopped olives, sea salt
- cannelini beans, Greek yogurt, roasted peppers
- sliced cherry tomatoes, Romaine lettuce leaf, Ceasar dressing, pickled (something: peppers, garlic, green tomatoes . . . ) This one is best on toast. Like a Ceasar salad, with tuna.
I also make tuna cakes with one can of drained tuna, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup old fashioned oats, and one egg. Fry in a touch of olive oil. Dip in whatever strikes your fancy. This is more of a dinner one. I get 1 or 2 servings, depending on how hungry I am1 -
Tuna, little red wine vinegar, little light mayo, red onion, little hot mustard. Mmm!0
