If I can do 1 real squat by the 15th I'll be shocked - my hips and ankles just don't want to flex that way.
I had difficulty but found these squats exercises very helpful and a lot easier because the feet are pointed out slightly. the squat section starts at 2.10

Good Luck!!
Thanks Delilahhhhhh! Convict Conditioning is what actually got me interested in doing squats. I have been able to do the shoulderstand squats but I'm stuck on the jacknifes. I can do them if I hold on to something but not with just my palms on a surface (I always fall backwards or go up on my toes).
I can do the box squats and have completed day 1 and day 2. I think a lack of hip mobility is my biggest issue (followed by ankles). I can do squats to parallel just not deep squats (YET!).0 -
I am in too!
I am doing the MFP squat challenge so i will put my results on here.
2\1 20 reps

I tried, I really tried... but I could not get past 10 reps. I'm not just a beginner, I'm more like a sloth. I have very little muscle in my legs and now they feel like jello! Exercise always makes me feel like I have the flu. So I'll have to modify it a little bit for what I am physically capable of doing. One day I will be able to do it correctly!0

Tmaryam, you might want to try spacing them out over the day too, if you can't do them all at once. I saw in the notes it was suggested as an option so that might help you build up to more squats at a time. Good luck!
