Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? not enough exercise almost enough water
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? took a small walk when no other exercise fit into the day

What is today's personal goals? more water, stay within my calories, already went for my run

Mood today? I have been running more and walking less in my interval runs but today I was just in the mood to run.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes. but, carbs/ sugar were over. not so worried because 1.30 was first day i held all my food and taken all my meds timely enough to help me through the day.

Tues- Shoveling 40 min. + Wii Fit free stepping 10min.
Wed- Yoga 75 min + 10 meditation
Thurs- Restorative Yoga 75 min.
Fri- Biking w/turbo trainer 30 min.

my DH.

Mood today? hopeful - it's been a very rough week, my dad (who is being treated with radiation and chemo for throat cancer) is in the hospital with pneumonia - very scary, but is slowly improving ... so hopefully will continue to get better.
