I'm 6ft tall & I recently posted my befores and afters on this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/872329-60lbs-in-8-months-nearly-at-goal
I started at 220, am currently at 160 and want to get down to 150!
Don't get too thin! you alreay look great based on your pics - I know weight loss is addicting but you need to manage your self-image. Sometimes the negative way of thinking about yourself linger when you already look great. I would suggest that you maintain a healthy eating plan and do some weight lifting etc to gain muscle - you'll trim out and look smaller but you would necessarily lose any additional weight.
I am 5'10 and I got down to 137 once... I thought I still needed to lose 10lbs and everyone else thought I was sick because I was so skinny. I was not "anorexic" but it took me a couple months to realize I look like skeletor and it was time to stop. Now I am 165 and all full of muscle - I love it :-)0 -
5ft 11. Starting weight was 220 got down to 186, started new job in September and jumped back to 199. Looking to get back at it and I want to get to 170 if I can. Would post pics, but my old ones are no longer accurate! Hoping to get back on it and lose 20-25 by the summer!
Feeling overwhelmed, but determined! This thread has been helpful!0 -

Great thread - so useful to see and hear what other tall ladies are aiming for. So many success stories are so encouraging. I'm 5'11", SW around 310, CW 285, GW 165. I got down to 257 last year and messed up over winter. So mad at myself.0

Outstanding work!!!! You look awesome!0 -
I'm 6'0 and my personal high weight was 333 pounds. My first major goal is to be down 100 lbs, my next major goal is to get to 199 at which point I'll reevaluate. Insofar I've lost 80 pounds.
In addition I have PCOS, and last year discovered I had high blood pressure, which prompted a change in diet, exercise, and using MFP.
Since last August as I said I've Iost 80 pounds, reduced my blood pressure, and am generally feeling better.
I do Jazzercise 4-5 days a week and eat modified Paleo (for me eating somewhere between 50-100 grams of carbs including fruits and vegetables. I find for me reducing/eliminating sugar and white flour carbs works best)

I just wanted to let ALL of you ladies you look fabulous!! I am 5'9 and weight 250. I am starting over AGAIN, and want to lose 50 for starters and see where I can go from there. I have been overweight all of my life and am quickly approaching 40. I know this has had to have taken a toll on my body and want to live a quality life as I age. It has been so hard to get back on track. I work full time, go to school full time and am married and a mother. I need to make time for ME! Thank you all for the inspiration. It was just what I was needing tonight!!0

All looking amazing!
I'm 5'10 and started at 200lbs in August. Currently down to 172lbs and feeling so much better about myself. Got another 25lbs give or take to go but feeling positive!0 -
I am 5'11', weighed 198lb at my heaviest (back in 2011), and started mfp last October at 187lb. Down to 171 (77.7 kg) now and solidly into the normal range on BMI, but I want to make it to 75 kg (about 165lb)and try to stabilise there. However, my husband, who is the same height as me, has been told by his doctor to aim for 70 kg, and if I end up there I will not complain. i don't want to go below that though: I have been 68kg (150lb) and below in the past, in my early 20s, but that is definitely too thin.0

I'm 5"11-6ft and I have shed over 242lbs and I also say that I am a recovering food addict.. It took me three years but that's with the binging and all. I love seeing other tall women with success stories

Wow! Such amazing transformations, so inspiring! I am 5'10 and my start weight was 252 pounds, current weight 230 pounds and goal weight 175 pounds. That's not quite in my BMI range but the last time I got under 180 pounds I was very happy with my body.0
