    Mon - 40 squats
    Tues- Procedure, no exercise, no squats, rest day
    Wed- Yoga 75 min + 30 squats

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? tried the recipe for banana bread granola bar from MFP's hello healthy blog... i substituted the dates with almonds and mixed berries (cranberry, blueberry & cherry). couldn't use the ground flax due to daughter not finding it at Wal- Mart. next time i'll try to add the flax. here's the link to the recipe if you'd like to try it too... http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/banana-bread-granola-bars/ it was delicious... well worth trying.

    What is today's personal goal? Rest day after squats and snow shoveling, AGAIN!

    What is today's personal goals? keep calories down, hard with Valentine's day chocolates from my husband!
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) I made indonesian food last night Tahu Goreng vegetarian for my daughter. Tofu with peanut sauce
    Mood today? pretty good we are taking my Mom out for dinner for her birthday

    This is my last week before vacation in the sun and beach. Pretty much packed and I will check in on the Newsfeed with my exercise to stay in touch and not lose my days.
    I am trying hard to get down one more pound before I go. I got my pedicure this morning so getting set to go.

    What would I have done differently? should have skipped the peanut butter for afternoon snack - but still ok

    Mood today? good - I feel like things are clicking for focusing on eating healthy, it's only been a couple of days though so I need to keep this feeling going.

    My dad is home from the hospital and improving every day, albeit slowly. He is done with radiation and chemo, so now the focus is on recovery ... and in a couple of months they will do another pet scan to make sure the cancer is gone.

    Mon - 30 minute treadmill - DONE
    Tues-
    Wed - 30 minutes personal trainer, 20 minutes treadmill - DONE
