    OK - I'm 'IN'...

    Have a hilly, half-marathon to run in 3 weeks time, so with the training for that, I'll certainly be running anyway!

    March goal set at 105 km (or 65 miles)

    Declaring for 65 miles again. I discovered last month (and January) that I have to take half marathon training down a notch or I get injury precursors (ie too sore to run the long runs). So I'm just going to see if I can hit 65 again. Half Marathon is on the 29th, and I have a 10K next Saturday.

    My goal is 30 miles. I'm having hernia surgery on the 6th, so we'll see how quickly I can bounce back.

    I'm joining! Just getting back into consistent running so I'm going to do 40 miles.

    I noticed a photo icon so im trying it out....

    Looks like we have about 6 inches of snow/sleet here in southern OK. Husband says 8, but that's just a silly guy measurement... Maybe in the drifts :D


    Edit- guess it didn't work... Photo icon is now gone... Ah well.

    I'm in for 100 miles. I record my progress on https://app.trainingpeaks.com/ so will add the miles on the thread as I do them.

    @natacha305‌ - I got a FitBit (thru work) in October, and I attribute most of my #41 decrease to it. It's been a great way to hold myself accountable to getting off my *kitten* and getting some steps/calories burning.

    Well January was 60, February was 70, so I guess I have to go to 80! I'm so sore right now so 20 miles a week seems daunting right now!

    I have been doing a lot of 3 mile runs several days a week with less than a handful of 5-6 milers. This month I would really like to do more long runs. Maybe add a couple of 9-10 milers.

    Going for 100 miles again this month since I didn't make it in February!! Tomorrow is a rest day...we're going snow shoeing so I'll look forward to checking in with you all on Monday! Happy running!!

    I'm still working on healing the ankle, so I'm doing more walking than running, but I'll hit 75 miles this month if I have to crawl...

    I'm in for 45. I'm going to start half marathon training. I have signed up for a 5K this month. I plan on doing a half marathon in October.

    I've been running since January 1st and just finished my first 10k program. I have my first non 5k race next Saturday (8k). Now I am training for a half marathon.

    My goal for March is 65 miles.

    I am so out of shape it's not funny and I have multiple 5ks coming up.

    So just to ease into exercise again I'm in for 25 miles.

    To the person who asked about the Fitbit- personally loved the idea but the things kept coming undone (three different Fitbits, different models) and getting lost, I moved to Jawbone and haven't been happier (going on a year without losing it! Plus I can shower with it which makes it even better).

  • Ok think I will give this a go. Slowly getting back into my running so will start small. 36 kms or 22 miles.
