    Mood today? good - I feel like things are clicking for focusing on eating healthy, it's only been a couple of days though so I need to keep this feeling going.

    My dad is home from the hospital and improving every day, albeit slowly. He is done with radiation and chemo, so now the focus is on recovery ... and in a couple of months they will do another pet scan to make sure the cancer is gone.

    Sun - 60 minutes step - DONE
    Mon - 30 minute treadmill - DONE
    Tues-
    Wed - 30 minutes personal trainer, 20 minutes treadmill - DONE
    Thurs - 30 minutes personal trainer
    Fri - 60 minutes step
    Sat - 60 minutes step

    I'm glad you are having a good week and your dad is home recovering!!! Keep up the great work! :D

    Sun- Biking turbo trainer 30 min. + 20 squats
    Mon - Biking turbo trainer 30 min + 30 squats
    Tues- Biking turbo trainer 30 min + no squats, rest day
    Wed- Yoga class 75 min + 20 squats
    Thurs- cleaning day 210 min + 30 squats
    Fri- Yoga 75 min + 40 squats
    Sat - vacation starting - no squats rest day

    What would I have done differently? more water, less calories
    What is today's personal goals? I kept calories down and got exercise but didn't drink enough
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) vegetarian shepards pie, I included carrots and cauliflower with the potatoes for the mashed potato topping which makes it a bit healthier and lower carbohydrates.
    Mood today? pretty good. It has been busy since I got a call from a job recruiter so even busier than normal.

    Mood today? I updated the week below. My student gave me his sore throat so I am taking it easy today. I actually feel ok during the day but at night woah.

    Mood today? Last night didn't feel any soreness in my throat so hoping I am on the mend. Won't be singing in the night service like I usually do though to make sure I am well healed. My husband is in charge of the music and I usually cantor for him.

    Hello

    Home safe and sound but got up to frozen pipes. No water in the house just bottled.
    My hubby is trying to get some water in the house from our neighbor's house and see
    if that works. I guess there are 400 houses without water in our area.

    No water for showering, laundry and making meals. So no exercise until this is resolved.
    I hope to get a shower and some underwear washed at my MIL's .

    So until then I will try to stay on track with take out meals. I will start back here on Monday
    and take it day by day.

    settled back into somewhat of a routine after my cat's passing. thank you to all for your support during that difficult time. even though i didn't log in the community i did keep up with my food diary & any exercise i was able to do. today i will get back into logging here again and hopefully life won't throw me any curve balls for awhile.

    1st Paul... that's wonderful news about your dad. wishing him continued healing.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no. wanted to exercise to my new yoga videos but couldn't yet. instead i did my stationary bike.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got my exercise in despite it not being what i wanted to do...
    What would I have done differently? ...
    What is today's personal goals? it was to walk 15k steps but i fell a bit short only doing 11k steps...

    Mood today? doing some better since my cat's passing. exercise has been the biggest help.

    Back from the sun and warm temperatures. I must say it was a nice treat to get out of the winter doldrums. B)

    Back to reality and tracking and exercise again. We are on day 2 of no water in the house
    but are using our neighbor's water with a hose to get by. Out pipes are frozen and the Town has to fix the problem. Trying to make meals until then.

    MJohnson - I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty ... we went through that last fall with 2 kitties within a month, and it was very traumatic. They are definitely part of the family. We thought about going without any cats for awhile, but I've had a cat in the house for the last 30 years - so now we have 2 new little sweeties to keep us company.

    What would I have done differently? my lunch choice wasn't great - cheese and crackers

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? made a healthy sloppy joe recipe - yum
    Mood today? good, still have a little cold but getting over it. Had a fantastic birthday weekend, but didn't eat all that great. The best was watching my son swim at section finals - he did great! Am a little sad that the season is over... can't wait for next year!

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? dannon greek chocolate\raspberry yogurt - yum! I try to stick to plain yogurt but this was yummy!

    Doing okay with exercise. Eating okay but not great. Life is busy, work is busy, trying to keep calm. Back to the doctors on Thursday to have my blood pressure checked. It was high when I saw him 3 months ago and I refused to get a prescription.
