No pictures right now, I really hate cameras, but I have gone from 169 in August, to 130 today, and from a size large to a small. 5'7 btw.21

I'm 5'6" and at my heaviest was 166 pounds.
7 months later, I hit my goal weight of 135. As of this morning, I'm just a tick under 133.
My goal was 135, but have decided to lean out a bit more for racing.
Hope this helps!91 -
Hopefully I'll be able to post mine on here soon!6

How long did it take you from 184-168? my scale hasn't move on me for the last week and half
I was very diet focused at the beginning and it only took about 3 months to drop 20 lbs. But then my focus moved to fitness and not the scale. I put on a couple lbs as I changed the composition of my body. Inches are much more important than the number on the scale. Eat well, move more. The slower the transition, the better chance you have of maintaining. Don't give up!19 -

@zazazik You can do it! That's almost exactly what I did Aug-Feb. (169->133). Good luck, and keep your eye on the prize4 -
Wow, this is an AWESOME thread, thanks to all of you for posting. I'm 5'6" and although I lost 20lbs two years ago, I've gained it back... but I'm determined this is my year to get it off and keep it off. I'd like to be about 145-150lbs. So I've got about 25 lbs to lose! I'd love to add any of you gals as friends on MFP since I think it really helps to learn from each other, especially if we have similar goals! Feel free to add me Fabulous job everyone, and let's keep going!!9

I'm 5'7". The halloween costume pic is me at 220lbs, the one on the right (April 2012) is me at 152lbs. I've gained 23 lbs since then, so I'm back to losing this against as we speak!

I'm 5'7'' I went from around 172 down to 140 (slacked off for a bit to see how gaining would effect muscle tone and stomach skin but back to cutting now).
I've lost the weight almost completely twice now, since after the first time we had a surprise baby number 3 :P so the before pictures are varied over the years, the after picture is beginning of December 2014, which definitely reminds me I must take new progress pics!

In was about 195 in my wedding photos and 145 in the derby photo. My highest weight was 220.
This was Dec 2014 after maintaining and lifting for about a year. I maintained between 145 and 150 but am trying top drop a few more pounds now so I sit between 135 and 140.

i love this thread... people always made me feel like I'm super obese when they heard how much i weighed. I'm 5'6 and a half, i weigh 174 now and i mean yes i need to lose some weight but at the same time... i don't consider myself obese... i mean i can run for 20 minutes without stopping. i eat very healthy for a long time now.. how can that mean I'm obese. i just carry weight differently. thank you7
