Goal lose 20-30 pounds
Physical goal: continue walking over 5 miles a day and over 12000 steps daily, and also go to the gym 3 weekly
Nutritional goal: only eat out 1 weekly, and still stay within goal

This is great!! I have a beach vacation in 4 months and need some work haha

Goal weight at 12 weeks:135
Exercise: Min 45 min intense cardio 5x/wk, walk during lunch, and weight training 3x/wk
Nutrition: Keep it healthy but don't restrict so much that my calorie tolerance goes down. Eat as much as I can while maintaining 2-2.5 lb/wk weight loss.

Invitations to groups don’t currently show up in your main MyFitnessPal notifications, but in the community specific notifications located under the bell icon on the community pages. GW- 133lbs (maybe tough if wanting to add weights in?)
