I've been sort of binging all day -___- net still under 1000, but I'm still feeling a bit guilty about it. I feel like I'm wasting food and eating more than I deserve.

If you don't think you "deserve" 1000 calories and don't eat at least that much per day you ought to adjust your eating. 1000 per day is too low for pretty much anyone. =/
I meant more like quantity of food, not calories, if that makes sense. And I weigh more than that now, don't worry! Thanks for the concern, though ^_^

I resent thin people. I've been fat my whole life, and have no idea what it's like to be thin. I know I shouldn't resent them, but damn, when I see a thin girl complaining about how those jeans make her *kitten* look big, I want to slap her in the face.

Or the ones that eat constantly and never gain any weight. Even my husband knows what I am thinking when I look at them. B****.

:/ if you don't want people judging you because of your weight, you shouldn't judge other people because of theirs. And even if they're not as fat as you are, girls can have very low self-esteem and distorted self-perception, so when they complain about feeling fat it's just as valid as when you do, and they're probably feeling just as miserable.

My confession is that I'm really sick of the thin-shaming and hypocrisy in parts of the body-positivity moment. "Health At Any Size!!" and "BMI isn't an accurate indicator of health!!!" they proclaim over and over and OVER. Until you're naturally small or underweight. Then you can't possibly be healthy and you must be dying of starvation and you just need to eat more.

Well, if you are underweight then you technically do need to eat more. For your health.

If my treadmill wasn't in my living room, I probably wouldn't be as motivated as I am lately, I feel like its taunting me. Also, if it didn't have a port to connect to my phone, and a fan built into it, it probably wouldn't be as fun when I work out and would kill my motivation some.

My workaround is using my kid's music stand with my tablet on it and an external speaker. I should probably just look into one of those add on book holders that attaches to it.

I love my book holder. I found out the other day that I can even get my laptop to sit on there at an angle and stay.

I realised today that I take note of everyones body shape when I'm out and about. Not to judge them, but because I'm really dysmorphic and I'm always wondering "Do I loook like that? What about that? Will I look like that? Did I used to look like that?". I also really admire bigger girls who are dressed attractively or in funky, eye catching clothes, because I'm a total wuss when it comes to dressing in anything but "fade into the background" clothes.

Me toooo! I love prints and bold styles but have to push myself to try things because I think I'll look ridiculous, even though I think women much bigger than me look fantastic.
It's all about confidence, I guess.

I am bored and avoiding getting productive stuff done by attempting to give myself a French manicure.

I am using bandaids as guides for making the crescent moons.

Did I mention that I have a broken left hand? This is kind of an Olympic test of dexterity and girliness.

Exactly!! I love LOVE 50's style rockabilly clothes and I see girls my size and bigger in it and think it is SO gorgeous, but I just feel like I'd look like a pretender.

It is like soloeluxir said. I know I shouldn't resent them but sometimes I just can't help it. It just the thought that comes to mind.

So, if you're overweight, no matter what your muscle ratio is, no matter your frame size, you should automatically eat less? The thing that bothers me is that the same people who say what you're saying are fine with people being overweight. I'm not saying YOU do this, just that some people do.
Either you believe in BMI/weight as a way to gauge health or you don't, but you can't have it both ways and only accept it as a valid measurement of health when it's convenient. And there are some people who are naturally underweight, and eat a normal amount of food and are perfectly healthy. Just saying.

Not meaning to start a whole debate! Sorry!

Im nightshift 12 hour worker here...I work on a Kidney transplant floor and I know I never drink enough water...it's replaced with cups and cups of coffee instead. Yes Yes there is creamer...I use more than the 2 tablespoons...but I only log it as the 2!!! :-(

You realize that coffee contains water?

    http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/drinking-enough-water-topic-overview
Experts say that it's not true that beverages that have caffeine—such as coffee, tea, and cola drinks—always dehydrate you. Healthy people who consume moderate amounts of caffeine don't lose more fluid than people who don't have any caffeine.1 A moderate amount of caffeine is about 200 to 300 milligrams a day. That's about two to four 8-ounce cups of coffee.

You also get water through food. Some fruits and vegetables contain a lot of water, such as watermelon and lettuce.

The whole eight glasses of water is a myth. Drink when you're thirsty, try to stay away from sugary drinks which will not help weight loss (I'm assuming that's why where all here).

In-regards to 8 glasses of water a day.
Lately, though, researchers have been questioning the tried-and-true water rule, and in fact, believe even health-minded individuals could be drinking too much H2O.

“There’s no scientific method behind those numbers,” says exercise physiologist Stacy Sims, Ph.D., a hydration researcher at Stanford University. “And the recommendation doesn’t take into account gender, environment, altitude, fitness level—factors that could affect fluid intake needs.”

Confession: Shamelessly made a fluffernutter sandwich for dinner tonight as I prepare to head out to yoga. I swear I'm an adult.

I have always heard of these and would probably love them, but have never had one.

I seriously doubt that there are many fully-grown men at risk of overhydration from drinking 8 glasses of fluid a day. That volume is pretty minimal.

Confession: Sometimes I really hate the "If every day were like today..." function. It pretty much always tells me that I will be at my goal weight in 5 weeks.

Sure, if I had a healthy body without metabolic problems up the wazzu.

Today it gave me a weight 15 pounds BELOW my goal weight. Doesn't matter how well I eat and exercise, I will never see that number on the scale in real life.

I started out great today, and then had a tense last hour at work. My boss and I tend to have the same fight about once every year, and each time it seems to get worse and worse. Last year it lasted a couple of weeks and we barely spoke to each other. It started to show it's head again today and I am anticipating it to get worse again this week....

I came home and stress ate enough junk food for a small army.....

I skipped dinner tonight...but only because I am not hungry.

I had bunch of Greek yogurt and some pom arils as an after-workout snack and now I don't want dinner.

I've never given 100% effort in my entire life. I've never even come close. In fact, today I only gave 47%, and that was one of my more productive days. I get away with it because my 47% gets the job done well enough to fool people. I channel that surplus effort into chilling out and doing what I want. If they only knew...I could be twice as awesome as I am. If this makes me a bad person, I'm cool with that. ;)

I let my son get breakfast at school because he gets there an hour early for practice. I'm debating making him get up earlier to eat at home instead, since I found out the school offers a daily breakfast of a pop tart, and nothing else, as an option. Might as well hand out Snickers bars. Actually, the Snickers would have more nutritional value.

I'm considering NOT doing my workout today because my new routine is mostly centred around the free-weights area. My comfortable corner is downstairs or at best the opposite end of the upper floor.

I really think a big mac and fries would help.

I'm even worse - I'm thinner than my sister who is half my age. I feel smug when I see she only just fits into her jeans. (then I feel bad for feeling smug)
