5'10, 28 years old.
Heaviest weight was 192.
Current weight is 183.
Goal weight is something under 170. There were only two times after reaching full height that I was under 165 pounds, and that was a) after years of being overworked and underfed at home (living on a farm + abusive stepfather = best calorie deficit ever, guys!), until I went to college and gained some weight, and b) after 6 months of regular psychostimulant use.
I'm totally fine with being around 170 or a little less.0 -

I'm 5'3
My starting weight is 125
My current weight is 124
My goal weight is 115 and when I hit that goal, I'll try for 110.
I'm pretty new, I started just a few days ago.
I used to eat around 3000 calories a day, so eating only 1200 is hitting me kind of hard.

My biggest tip would be to stay consistent. I maintained my weight through all of 2014 by 2 weeks logging / followed by 2 weeks of eating and drinking and making merry, rinse and repeat. I've lost 25 lbs since January 1 by maintaining consistency, and not making every minor accomplishment a reason to lose sight of my goals.0 -

Why are you eating as low as 1200? Set your goal to lose .5lb/week. That is more manageable now and for maintenance purposes.0 -

Once I hit my goal weight I'm going to re-evaluate and decide if I want to lose more.
Some of the things that I've found to really aid in my weight loss are to get good consistent nights of sleep, drink lots of water, eat a good healthy breakfast, and working out at least 5 days a week incorporating weights and cardio.0 -

5'7" and goal of 145-140 I will see when I get there. My daughter (14 and healthy thin) commented one day on how the pictures of 40-50 year old women in magazines always look like they are trying really hard to be thin - they seem all skin and bones even when they have muscle. She didn't understand why they couldn't just go to the point of being healthy. That cured me from my 120 - 130 high school weight obsession - I want a healthy curvy shape so for my body that's probably going to be in the 140s range. I have a medium frame so more would look too thin I think. How fun to see!!!!0
