    I confess. I ran to the store and grabbed some chocolate. :smile: Dark Chocolate 80% is Kryptonite

    Now... should I even suggest... let it melt in your mouth while driving a good coffee. :-)

    @fatjon73, NO I would throw up! That sounds disgusting! Now, I would eat my body weight in fish and chips...and anything else like that!

    But after all this I DID buy a Lilys dark chocolate bar (stevia sweetened).

    @missymc65‌ - I'm a veterinarian at an ER facility.

    @ Cindytw - I'm laughing. :laugh: I've been there and done that. Just watch a couple of infomercials. That will put you to sleep quickly. :smile:

    @fatjon73, I vegged! I also was up way too late last night and was late to work today! I'm a night owl by nature so it's tough for me to go back to earlier shifts!

    Doing OK. The night has slowed so I'm going to try to get on the bike for a little while. That last three days, every time I start to change, something comes in. Let's see how tonight goes. :smile:

    Yikes! That smoked me! It was a level 2 fitness/weight loss program. I'm a level 3/4 rider so I thought, "Easy Peasy." NOPE! I'm looking forward to tomorrow when it's just a 2:30 minute road ride. :smile:

    @tattooedvegan216‌ - Nice photo. :smile: Although you missed getting that killer tattoo of yours in the photo. :smile:
