    Had a bit of a delay at work Wednesday that caused my whole challenge to go sideways! But it's not all bad news, as I'm still on target for nutrition and wiegth loss...lost another pound this week *wohoo*...but would have been more if I could have stayed on track for this challenge!

    Anyway - here's the week's summary, minus what I will do yet today (going biking with my Dear Hubby so may repost after dinner time)
    Weekly Goal: 3500 x-tra cals burned

    MON: 161 + 363 = 524 Cals Burned (Walking, 3.5 mph for 30min + Gardening, 60min)
    TUE: 132 Cals burned (Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace)
    WED: nothing to post
    THUR: nothing to post
    FRI: nothing to post
    SAT: nothing to post
    SUN: planning to cycle and walk this aft...will repost when done :happy:
