I'm 5' 2" and reached my goal of losing 30 lbs with MFP on October 4, 2014. I've been on maintenance ever since, and have stayed within +/- 2.5 lbs of my goal.
You can read my MFP Success Story - if you scroll through, there are updates:

Here's a recent before / after. Note: I'm wearing make up in the before pic, but not in the after pic:

Hi everyone! I am 5'1 and I am looking for supportive friends. I am 23 and applying to graduate programs. I have worked very hard this past year and have lost a good amount of weight through eating healthy and working out 4/5 times a week. I started around 118 and I am currently 105. I am pretty much wanting to just maintain this weight and keep doing what I have been. If I happen to lose a little more thats fine but focusing on toning and weight lifting. Goal is to stay at 102-105 which is a healthy weight for my height. add me if you would like. I am super positive and love to give advice when I can.0

I am 5'2". I started at 207 and I am now down to 133. I am shooting for 120. I have a few pictures on my profile.1

I'm 5ft1 currently 205, I got down to 180 2 years ago but not sure I'll ever be at my 125 max ideal weight.

I'm still working at it. Have not quite reached my goal. I am 5'1" and would like to maintain at 112.
Peak weight on the left in Oct 2013. Lost 6 pounds here and there and in May 2014 is when I started to use MFP and log religiously. I have logged my food for 311 days and do not intend to stop even when I reach my goal.
I weigh all my food with a food scale. I lift weights (Stronglifts 5x5)
I never thought I would get even here. My first goal was a size 6 which was about 135 lbs. I met the goal and just kept adjusting downward. I always thought I couldn't weigh this, but I was just fooling myself into bad habits.
Only bad part is my boobs have all but disappeared. That purple bikini has molded cups :P9 -

I feel like its hard to judge people's weightloss because many people are taller than me and 169 looks very different on even a 5'5" girl so I'd like to see some ladies around my size please. Thank you so much.

Hello there! I am 26, and I am between 5'2" and 5'3"... When I started my weight loss journey, I put a starting weight of 232 lb, but I have a feeling at some point I may have been a little heavier than that! I got engaged and lost about 42 lbs or so before my wedding in October of 2012. As of now, I have lost about 67 lbs. My ultimate goal is to lose 122 lbs to reach 110 lbs - maybe more depending on how I feel once I get closer to that weight! I have had a couple months off here and there, and I have done all sorts of things for exercise, C25K, Zumba, Kosama, etc... And I've always tried to log on here, sometimes more than others. I also drink TONS of water! Over-all, I am so happy with the progress I've made so far, and I can't wait to continue on to my goal weight! Here are some progress pictures!
These are me at or around my highest weight....
This is after about a 15 lb loss...
These are around a 40 lb loss...
And these are my most recent pictures at around a 65 lb loss (weighing around 165-170 lbs)...
Anytime I get discouraged, I always just think of how far I've come, and how happy I will be when I finally reach that goal weight. As you can see in a couple of the pictures, my husband is quite a bit smaller than me, so that is another huge motivation. Also, my parents are trying to lose weight, as are my sister-in-law and some of my friends, so I try to think of myself as a good example and a great motivator for them! If you ever need some support, feel free to add me!
MY GOODNESS HOW FAR YOU'VE COME!!! That is amazing! Really pretty in the dress to begin with but you look so happy in all the progress pictures too! Awesome!

I'm 5'1
The higest I've weighed was 155-160 around highschool time, got a job and spent all my money on Taco Bell and Mc Donalds. LOL
Got down to 125lbs a couple of years later, on an awful diet that I was put on by my ex boyfriend. (Running 3 miles every day and eating less than 1000 a day)
After we broke up I got down to 115 lbs. It was kinda gross.
I've been up and down ever since. Fluctuating between 129-137 depending on what upcoming event is happening. (AKA my trip to Hawai'i and my wedding)
Right now I'm 137 and trying to get back down to 132:
I was very happy here.
You look amazing I am 115 now 5ft. My highest was 162. How did you gain the weight back so well? I want to look healthier Please share thanks

I was gonna edit this to add my pictures when photobucket started working again, but I won't get me, so I guess I have to quote myself. :grumble:
But here's my smallest 115:
This was after starving myself after a break up, which was after a year of too much cardio, not enough food. Low fat/High carb diet.
This was not my biggest, but the biggest photo I could find of me. Around 145 lbs.

You look great and are definitely my inspiration from the group.
I don't have a final goal weight yet because I spent teen years as well as adult obese, so it was hard to think at a highest weight of 229 how 120 or less would be possible. Now that I'm almost to 160, the picture is getting a little clearer on that possibility. Since I am 4'11.5" still have a ways to go. First big goal is getting to that overweight mark, then from there it will be easing down step by step. Lifting is just awesome. I can't wait to maybe in November get to post a year+ progress picture to show the "bulk" achieved. hehehe

I'm 5'0 my journey has just begun
May 2013 I found out we were expecting!
I started at 153 lbs (already overweight I was actually trying to lose)
I delivered jan 2014 with my weight at about 200 ( damn u crumb cake!) my daughter weighed 8.15lbs 21 inches
As of 4weeks ago I weighed 158lbs when I started t25 and mfp
I'm starting week 4 next week.
I weighed in today at 155lbs!!! Soo happy to see the numbers go down
My ideal weight is 125 -135 (if I gain muscle ) I don't mind a lil weight on me, maintaining 115-120 is too hard and I thought I looked sick.
So that's my story. Start 158, current 155 , goal 120-125

Hello,
I have been attempting to use MFP on and off for about a year, you know the usual yoyo crap. I would like to get serious about it , I always felt I was "to far gone" to even try anymore. I just wanted to say thank you for the post seeing how everyone can do this , why can't I . I am sure some of you people love food as much as I do! I have started with just eating healthy like no more red meat , no fried foods and no chocolate or sweets try to do everything organic. I don't think its enough I guess I need to count calories and exercise more.
Look into exercise plan that fit ur schedule. And maybe a calorie counter watch (I use fitbit charge hr and t25) seeing numbers and having a goal really put things in perspective. Maybe split ur goal weights into smaller goals , like every 20 lbs, this way it doesn't seem so far out of reach. I loved doing zumba to. Anything that doesn't seem like a workout but is a workout is the best fit for me, that and something quick but effective. Don't lose hope we all go through it :-) it's also fun finding new recipes to substitute otherwise unhealthy meals into healthier ones :-) (for me using frozen banana into ice cream was my fave, frozen banana, some flavoring whether it be strawberry or some vanilla , for me chocolate protein powder , and a tsp of pb is my fave snack instead of ice cream (u blend it of course)
Anyway sorry for the long rant :-)0 -

I'm 5'2" and 296 lbs right now. Way too heavy! My ultimate goal weight is ~130. That goal may change when I get closer to it. I just want to get to a comfortable maintainable weight. My heaviest was 303. I have a long way to go but will get there. I'm trying to take it in 5 pound mini-goals so that it doesn't seem so overwhelming.0

I'm 5'1.5" (gotta claim that half inch:)). I started at my highest weight of 204 last October. I have lost 30 lbs. so far (173.6 current), looking to lose another 20 to get back to my pre-kid weight (154). Then we'll see if I want to keep going and lose another 30. Thanks for those who shared photos, and looking forward to the rest of this journey!1

I'm still a work in progress but I wanted to post to keep the tread going.
