So great reading through all of these! I'm 5ft 7.5 and have just started my journey. I'm down to 190lb from 196lb after a month. Baby steps. My first goal is to get to 165lb so I'm in a healthier weight range. Seeing all of these posts is really so inspirational! Thanks for sharing :)

Awesome thread, great to see everyone's progress!
I am 5'6 1/2" with a small frame. My highest weight was well over 250, but my start weight was 246 and I am around 140-142lbs right now. It has taken me about 2 years with lots of up and downs to lose this 100+ pounds. I am currently taking a break from losing weight and just trying to maintain my weight. I want to lose another 10-20lbs after my break but here is to progress so far.

How Do you post pictures on here?

@fabulousmomma In the text box where you type, there is a row of icons above it. Look for the symbol that looks like a page with a corner folded down. That will allow you to upload a picture into your post from your computer, or add it from somewhere else on the web by pasting in the image URL
