    At work I walked for about 4 hours and 30 minutes I hit the gym tonight at 9 and my exercise for the day are bench press3x10 lat pull downs 4x10 dumbbell curls 3x10 machine curls 3x10 machine bench 3x10 then maybe 5 or 10 minutes on the row machine

    35 minutes of turbo jam, first go so I stopped there and cooled down with 10 minutes on the elliptical.

    45 min of high intensity boot camp, focus was legs today. Leg day is killer! over 100 jump squats mixed into the regular workout. It's fun, never boring and super intense! :)
