WORST movie ever that makes me cry is Marley and Me. I hate that movie for how sad it is.
I sobbed when I read the book. The movie didn't have that effect I think because the book was way better. I cried for an hour when I read Bridges of Madison County. I had to wake my sister to go do something because I had to stop myself from crying any more. Could never watch the movie because the actors to me were totally wrong.0 -
Confession: I really can't tell what my body looks like because my boobs are so big. I can see my knees and that is about it.
I've been working out in places with no mirrors for a long time, and I have horrible light in my current apartment, so even though I have a mirror, it doesn't tell me much. I am looking through pictures from last weekend, when I did some dance events...and I almost don't recognize myself.0 -
The saddest movie I have ever seen is "Hachi". I tear up in a lot of movies, but this one had me full on sobbing, like gross snotty crying. It's a good movie, but so heartbreaking if you are in any way an animal lover. I sobbed through pretty much the whole thing and for about 3 weeks after any thought or mention of it would have tears welling up. I've only seen it the once and haven't been able to bring myself to watch it again.
Dancer in the Dark and The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I was fine for both until the endings and had full on crying sessions for both, not my normal squeeze out a tear or two, that tugged at my heartstrings crying but horrible red face, snotty nose, tears everywhere sobbing.
I have not seen Hachi, and now not sure if I can! I did watch Marley and Me, and actually missed part of the middle of it, yet STILL bawled my eyes out at the end, now that is powerful! As a kid Old Yeller used to always make me cry!
The Boy In The Striped Pajamas was pretty intense. I have to be careful watching or even just reading Holocaust stuff. I get nightmares about it very very easily for some reason. A bit ago I wanted to read the Diary of Anne Frank, just because I have not yet, and they were not even in hiding yet and I started waking up with nightmares about it. I even tried a kids book once....yup still nightmares. I am very sensitive to that subject in particular for some reason. The hardest one I ever watched was The Pianist, I remember getting sick half way through it and needing a break.
SPOILER FOR BOY IN THE STRIPPED PAJAMAS
I have to admit I had a sick feeling of satisfaction at the ending and even though it was horrible that the kids died, I was so feeling content that the nazi pos was feeling that loss at the end.....0 -
I'm probably going to end up over maintenance this week. Because PMS. And it's dragging and dragging... I'm frustrated because I did fantastic for a month but every time it seems the good streak barely makes up for the bad one. But I'm just so hungry. For a whole week. Bleh.
So now I get excited when my period shows up. That's just messed up.1 -
Edited because quotes messed up and still can't fix it: "Kalici"
Confession: I suspect I might have a mild case of agoraphobia. It is miserable trying to go to the grocery store when it is packed with people. Panic sneaks up on me, and it's the worst when I get in line with people in front and behind me. I feel like I don't have anywhere to go, and I've had a panic attack in class (and passed out) before and it was embarrassing enough for me to fear having another one out in public!"
Confession 1: I get trolly (Shopping cart) rage. It annoys me to have to say excuse me to to two people taking up the whole isle to talk. So I tend to also shop on off peak hours and days.
Confession 2: I have lived in Ireland for over 10 years now (originally from Kansas) I have so adopted the laid back vibe that is going on here. I realize that if I lived in the states I would probably have way more anxiety issues.
Confession 3: I now know I am one of those people who others hate because of my grammar errors. (I did not discover/get tested for with dyslexia until my last year in College.
Confession 4: Sometimes when put on the spot by my children I have to google how to spell a word. Or I tell them the only way they will learn is to look it up in the dictionary.
Confession 4.5: I often ask my 10 year old about grammar to double check that I am using it correctly (then/than)

Genius. Good for all parties involved.
Confession (of sorts, I suppose? But related): When I was about 10, my family started on a series of movies (we moved house four times in the next year and a half, and they weren't little moves, they were big ones). The games and toys were almost always one of the first things packed, so my sister and I invented a game where we'd sit opposite each other with our dictionaries and read out words, that the other then had to spell without looking in their dictionary.
The confession part is that it's still one of my favourite games...

Confession: I have no Easter plans at all. Have to work a bit later too.
Confession: The movie 'A walk to remember' makes me cry every time I see it.
Confession: I bought a package of Peep's Bunnies yesterday and though of all my 'peeps' here.
Confession: I faked a 'sprained' ankle in school so I didn't have to run the mile.0 -

I faked being sick once during a test in elementary school because I had no idea what the answers were. I was such an A student that the teacher totally fell for it too.
Confession - I'm sorta hoping I won't like the dessert at dinner tonight so I don't end up piggying on it.0 -

I won't weigh myself every morning until after I've pooped.
Me too! And completely naked! !0 -
My mom was the school nurse at my school when I was in 5th grade. One time I faked being sick during a test because I didn't know one of the questions. Went to go see my mom and asked her the question I didn't know, and she gave it to me. Looking back it seems weird to do that just over one question.
Confession: On Sundays I get up early to go to work and I usually don't eat anything until I get back at night, which can be at 7 PM. My appetite is completely killed during the day and I'm so busy that I usually don't have the time to eat anyway. Needless to stay, I am extremely hungry when I get home.0 -
I banked up 2000 maintenance calories and will well overshoot that between today and yesterday and I caved and ate my moms bread knowing I'm allergic to wheat and I didn't get sick! She said it's because it was made with mother's love. Works for me, I missed bread! Back to reality tomorrow but I'm enjoying today.0

I am addicted to Jax cheese curls. So addicted, in fact, I have to cover my eyes when I walk past them in the supermarket so they don't 'magically' end up in the cart. My son thinks I am both sad and insane.
Also, I haven't had soda in over two years... but every few months I dream about drinking it. Had the last dream a few days ago. In the dream I didn't realize I was drinking a huge Dr. Pepper until I was halfway through, and was disappointed in myself for drinking it... I was disappointed in myself IN MY DREAM. Thing is, I really have to real desire to drink it except maybe two or three times a year - super hot outside... see someone having a cold (insert favorite beverage here)...and I might think about it, but don't otherwise care.0 -
No confession. Just Happy Easter all!0

I have dreams where I'm convinced I smoked a cigarette and I wake up mad and disappointed in myself. They're extremely vivid dreams. I only occasionally have an urge to smoke a cigarette again as well.

I'm already over my goal and I haven't even had our Easter dinner yet. And I'm still hungry. PMS from ****. I don't even understand how it's physically possible to eat that much and still be hungry. At this rate I'm going to get close to last month's record of 4200 calories in a day (from food. I don't even drink!). It's ridiculous and it's pissing me off. I started off making good choices but I reached the 'I don't give a **** anymore' stage 30 minutes ago.
My confession is that I'm kinda glad this happened on Easter, at least I won't have Easter dinner AND a crazy hunger day. I can always lose whatever I gain, if I do, in the next couple weeks (my birthday is next week but at least I'll probably be able to save calories for that once PMS is over).0 -

I do this with alcohol! I quit drinking about three months ago and I have dreams where I drink so much I black out and I wake up freaking out! It's so crazy!0 -

I quit drinking 5 years ago, and still have these from time to time.0 -
I only had two teeny-tiny chocolate eggs so far and for it to stay that way I will have to hide the two gigantic chocolate bunnies sitting on the table somewhere (and hopefully forget about them in a couple of days).

I could eat more, but I won't!
I've very much over indulged the last two days and I'm hoping I've somehow managed to eat at maintenance over the week so I won't have gained. I know I've been bad and I probably will see a gain due to that and water retention etc but I've lost every week for 12 weeks and don't want that streak to end.
Although obviously not enough to stop me pigging out this weekend!0 -

Lost every week for 12 weeks is amazing already! I don't have much to lose and as fast as I was able to put the weight on its coming off slowly but it's better than nothing and I knew if I deprived myself today I'd end up binging at another time so I jumped in with both feet!0 -
I made it to the gym today and was running on the indoor track. There are three lanes on the track and slower people are to keep to the inside. I find a lot of people don't look behind them when crossing lanes to exit the track. Today I was running in the middle lane and was about two strides behind a young lady on the inside lane. Sure enough she didn't look behind her when crossing and my confession is, is that I wanted to speed up just slightly so I could knock her on her *kitten* for being so oblivious to her surroundings. Maybe it would have taught her a lesson0

I totally know what you're talking about people do that at my gym too and I don't get it! When I'm exiting off the track and I'm in the way of the flow it takes me a good couple minutes to cross (if it's a crowded day) as I don't want to get anyone's way or be plowed down!0 -
I'm 24 and my mom still makes us all Easter baskets (ages 17 to 38). What's most important is that I got my most favorite candy: an 11oz bag of plain m&m's.0

All this talk of Lindt makes me want to go to my local Artisan chocolate shop & indulge. I could die happy in that chocolatier's luscious yumminess.0
